পুলিশ আইন (Police Law)

ধারা ১।সংজ্ঞা:- বিষয়বস্তু বা প্রসঙ্গ বিবেচনায় অনরূপ অর্থ প্রকাশ না পাইলে এই আইনে নিম্নলিখিত শব্দ বা শব্দসমষ্টি নিম্নর্বপ অর্থে ব্যবহৃতত হইবে, যথাঃ

“জেলা ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট” বলিতে একটি জেলার প্রধান প্রশাসনিক কর্মকর্তা যিনি বিচারক হিসাবেও ক্ষমতা প্রয়োগ করিয়া থাকেন। উক্ত অফিসার অন্য যেকোন নামেও অভিহিত হইতে পারেন।

“ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট” বলিতে জেলার ম্যাজিস্টেট হিসাবে সকল ক্ষমতা অথবা যেকোন একটি ক্ষমতা প্রয়োগকারী সকল ব্যক্তিকে বুঝাইবে।

“পুলিশ’ বলিতে এই আইনের অধীনে নিযুক্ত সকল কর্মচারীকে বুঝাইবে।

“জনারেল পুলিশ ডিস্ট্রিক্ট” বলিতে দেশের যে অঞ্চল বা অঞ্চলের অংশবিশেষের উপর এই আইন বলবৎ বা প্রযোজ্য তাহা বুঝাইবে।

“জেলা সুপারিন্টেন্ডেন্ট” অথবা ‘জেলা সুপারিন্টেন্ডেন্ট’ বলিতে সহকারী পুলিশ সুপারিন্টেন্ডন্ট এবং এই আইনের অধীনে অনুর্বপ কার্য সম্পাদনের জন্য নিযুক্ত সকল ব্যক্তিকে বুঝাইবে।

“সম্পত্তি” (Property) বলিতে কোন অস্থাবর সম্পত্তি, টাকা-পয়সা ও মূল্যবান দলিল-পত্রাদিকেও বুঝাইবে।

“ব্যক্ত “ বলিতে ‘কোম্পানী’ বা ‘কর্পোরেশন’ ও বুঝাইবে।

‘গবাদিপশু’ বলিতে শিং- বিশিষ্ট গবাদিপশু ব্যতীতও হাতি, ইট, ঘোড়া, গাধা, ভেড়া, ছাগল ও শূকর ইত্যাদি শিং- বিহীন পশুকেও বুঝাইবে।

‘নিম্নপদস্থ পুলিশ কর্মচারী’ বলিতে পুলিশ পরিদর্শক ইন্সপেক্টরের অধস্তন পুলিশ কর্মচারীবৃন্দকে বুঝাইবে।

Article 1sanjna: - Topic anarupa consideration if do not mean in the sense of this Act, the following words or phrases nimnarbapa be byabahrtata, namely:

"District Magistrate" means a district judge as the chief administrative officer in the exercise of power. The officer can be called anything else.

"Magistrate" means the ability of a Magistrate or any enforcement powers as shall include all persons.

"Police" means all the employees shall be appointed under this Act.

"Janarela Police District" means the territory of the country or the region, or apply it into force of this Act shall mean the part.

"District superintendent" or "district superintendent" means suparintendanta police and persons employed to perform functions under this Act shall include anurbapa.

"Property" (Property) means any movable property, money and valuable documents patradikeo means.

"Expressed" means "company" or "corporation" and means.

'Livestock' means cattle, but also with sim-handed, brick, horses, donkeys, sheep, goats and pigs, etc. Non-animal means sim.
