Horrible app, not secure with the information & photos submitted

Use with my android and my ipad. This app is a "life" saver.

Does what I need simply and quickly. Like it

I have continual problems with not being able to add appliances and take pics at my inspections. Constantly freezes and even if I wait until I am back at the office I can't get the appt to finalize. These are the ONLY responses I have received from recall chek when I call for help "uninstall and reinstall app" which I have done multiple times and my favorite from the IT guy..."I have it installed on a droid and it works fine for me". Horrible app that unfortunately I am forced to use.

Have removed and reinstalled multiple times. Will not download appointments. Funny thing is it used to work. Tech support has no clue what is wrong.

This is way better than logging on after the inspection. It's the only way to send in a recall chek!

Awesome app, saves a ton of time from having to enter all the information manually! Drop Down menus for the type of appliance and make and the a quick photo of the model and serial #, couldn't be any easier!

Been using recall check for years. This app is the easiest and quickest way to enter appliances, just take a pic and your done. If your not using it your wasting your time.

I have used RecallChek for years in my business. I have probably submitted the data every way possible as well. The in the field app is absolutely the only way the information should be submitted. It is quick, simple, and best of all completed when the last appliance is entered and uploaded. No more work to do later which is key. I have used the app on multiple devices and have always been pleased with the ease of use.

Takes all of 2 minutes to enter and submit information for RecallChek. If you like not taking your work home with you, this app will be one of your best friends in the field.

If you use Recall Chek this app is a must have.

Works perfectly. Takes 5 minutes or less to do a complete house. Support is excellent.

Love it!! Saved a ton or time

Saves a ton of time versus using the website. Best to take data plate images and then import into the app versus taking the pictures within the app. Also best to upload on WiFi if possible unless you have a larger data plan. All in all, very good app.

I wanted this to work, but with my DROID razr m it just was too complicated. I'd rather take the pictures and submit it later. Trying to enter everything in on my phone wasn't even worth it. update: no luck at all on Moto Photon. RAZR M finally worked after figuring it out. I'm now trying on the S3 and it crashes every time you try to capture a picture. You can take pictures and then load them from the gallery, but it is annoying. This needs to be fixed. Support from developer minimal at best.
