Keeps locking up when trying to edit bike details and I don't like having to put an ownership date in, even if it is a false one. Then it won't allow me to log in unless I switch on the location services. I don't want to do that unless I'm on a ride. If I can't do that it'll be getting uninstalled.

Tried using on OnePlus3. App crashes within 10 minutes of the phone screen being on standby. Uninstalled, reinstalled, still nothing. Customer services has no idea how to fix.

My experience of the REALRIDER APP. Riding a motorbike these days with the amount of traffic on the road, you need to have eyes in the back of your head. I have been using the REALRIDER app and it's crash detection system for sometime now and it is an amazing bit of tech. The Crash Detection system gives me piece of mind that when I'm riding on my own and if anything happens to me I know that the emergency services will be sent to my location. I live in North Yorkshire and they have some amazing roads to ride but finding them is not always easy, this is where the REALRIDER nearby feature comes into it's own. There are loads of routes that people have recorded and uploaded. Additionally I have utilised the recording function to record some amazing roads myself and added them to my timeline. The layout is easy to understand and it's simple to navigate through the menu. My favorite function within the app is the Bike Information setting, I can put all of my motorbike details in one location and it's all at my finger tips. I have given REALRIDER 5 Stars because I haven't come across an application that gives you so many feature for free.

Looks great, although a minor issue, adding your date of birth into the app means clicking a hundred times through the months, suggest a way of quickly selecting the year, I'm 33 so had to scroll back 300 pages!

I REALLY want to like this app for its safety aspect but on my S5 I'm lucky if my battery lasts 3 hours and going through the menus it freezes and I have to do a forced close. Fix these issues and I'll resubscibe.

It's a great app but with latest new one I can't change my date of birthday from today's date and when I wish to go back it freezes. Also when I come other of profile and go back in its where I left it so I can't edit anything else.

It used to be good but this latest update required me to uninstall the old version and the newest version won't let me enter my profile information to start using the app, despite entry of all information the app says the following (information needs to... missing details, Okay) HEY REALRIDER NO NOT OKAY... FIX IT.

Very bad interface, no proper form validation, just left guessed what field was missing. Small usable map area, limited functionality, no many poi. Sorry had to uninstall. And also not sure if other roders aware that their commute is publicly visible. Also could not get loggin as they did not bother to implement android permissions correctly app was keep asking to enable location service despite it was already enabled. Not sure ypu can trust app with so many bugs

Idea always been great. Impossible to set complete details for motorcycle in settings. e.g. I can't change insurance broker. There are many other similar anomolies.
