There are no other options for work performed and if the phone goes to sleep while your completing your your work order your time gets erased

Instead of going into the app to check for work orders, it needs alerts to tell techs when a new issue arrives.

The app works fine if you how to use I like the idea of completing my work orders on my phone the only problem it has you have to force it to close because it won't sync

//Syncing is problematically slow! //MR by Unit is a mess: when selecting an SR w/in an MR, the MR board display remains frozen on the screen! //Need to filter by Workgroup, as w/previous version! //Clicking again on filter-headline to activate already-selected filter is counter intuitive. //I should be able to Edit my own, and others', Time Worked per my Rights. Clocking in and out should be part of Workforce and Adding custom Date/Time, part of SRs as w/desktop system. This would make the app consistent and the focal process so much more efficient. //When selecting my Back button from a query screen, it should take me to a home screen or expand the left-side menu. Getting the Exit pop-up is annoying. //No options for Inventory or Warranties or Workforce or Preventative Maintenance, as w/Legacy app.
