Makes my phones apps slow. Not a very good thing at all. Some things won't load at all

This interferes heavily with Facebook. This really needs fixing.

The diary is ok. Has some issues like 'travelling' doesn't include 'travelling home' - nothing major. Didn't use the VPN this time as I believe it to bias results - google's safesearch is permanently on when using your VPN which means you aren't getting a true picture of use - agree with others re: slowing the phone to a halt too. The survey app does what it needs, but can't do the optional part for this reason.

Unable to.complete any diarys due to crashes on s7 edge Edit- new update fixes this. Thanks to customer services for fast feedback

Did the diary ok, but phone performance seems affected keeping the app to monitor usage, so slow, doesn't load up and also can't refresh. Can't wait for this 4 weeks to pass then I can unintelligible and get back to normal!

Internet usage has slowed right down. Facebook can barely load making it pointless. Didn't have this problem last time I did this.

The diary section is fine, but I'm counting down the days until I can remove the VPN. The internet on my phone has become near unusable because of it. Definitely needs looking at as you're definitely not getting a true image of how much I browse

As others have said when used to monitor your device the Touchpoints app really slows down any other app and stops them connecting to the internet, making them almost impossible to use.

Disaster not compatible with my basic Moto E3, crashed everytime on diary after only a few seconds have deleted it and led a normal life!

Couldnt answer any of the questions asked. My mobile may not be suitable to do this questionaire

So clunky that it would have taken 30 minits to fill out a single day when it should have taken about 5.. Also the VPN think has upset quit a few apps..

Had no problem with the app, but it screwed up with my phone/internet e.g. data&wifi. Get it sorted, please.

It does not allow my device to go into deep sleep.

Filling out the survey is fine, but when it comes to using most apps it slows them down immensely, most of the time not letting them refresh.

App doesn't work I can't access the diary

Since installation of the application other aps are not working.

It's stopping other apps from working. Please fix this :(

What's the deal with sign in. ON Swagbucks and found deal and signed up and download app and does not accept my email

I only do the 1/2 HR questionaire over WiFi and never use the VPN, It messes up my phone but overall it's been good to me.

They semi randomly pay me every 2 months or so. Nice surprise seeing money in my PayPal account.

You will waste your time because they do not clarify the requirements to get paid up front. Avoid this survey since they wull also pass all your traffic through their private VPN tracking everything you do on the phone as well.

I spent time filling out diaries for 7 days and they never paid. I had to fight through swagbucks to get the money credited. Touchpoints customer service won't help you. Don't waste your time unless you go through a third party who will support your claim.

The diary aspect was fine, but the monitoring software caused apps like Facebook to not function. I had to manually 'cancel ' the app each time I wished to update my feed in Facebook. This made me count down the days until the survey was over and I would certainly think twice about using again.

Slows my phone down in every way. Everything is taking longer to load and data speeds even on wifi are badly effected! The diary side of it is fine just the effect it has on everything else…

VPN slows phone data right down, rendering apps that require basically useless - eventually I couldn't wait to remove it. Because of this it's not a true representation of my internet/phone use!

Slows down the phone, data speeds and apps restricting normal every day usage. The research will be flawed as people will not use their phone in the way they do normally

I can't do anything on it. It keeps crashing and i can barely do anything for 30 seconds before it stops again. I can't fill out the diary. I've uninstalled every other app i have and it's still messing up. Any advice.

Diary is OK however having the VPN running is really slowing my phone down. Unable to receive messages through WhatsApp unless it is locked

Slows my phone down so much. My messages through instant messenger applications take ages to send and I receive messages so late aswell.

Doesn't do its job. I was promised £15 of Amazon vouchers if I kept this app on my tablet for 35 days. Two months later, with a severely slowed down web and badly lagging games, I'm told I won't get anything as the data is "unusable" (despite the logo showing TouchPoints running EVERY day). Thanks for ruining my time for nothing. Not happy at all and won't be in a rush to help market researchers again!

Ive been filling it out for 10 days now. It keeps saying that i only filled 2 days and i need 5 more. Im going to delete the app and reinstall it... Sigh, so much time waisted and no reward So did it the second time, 17 days overall, no reward yet. Contacted them by email.

This is so annoying. They claim to complete diary for 7 days in order to get paid after my 5th completed verified days I got a call to restarted all over again because I did not meet their "requirements" the first time. Like it took 5 whole days of me documenting my activities I do every half hour waste of damntime and so misleading this must be their tactics don't waste your time

I did this for a week, filing out the surveys every half hour and allowing the app to drive my data through the roof apparently to not get rewarded anything and I've sent 3 emails throb their help function over the last week with no reply. Needless to say, I'm pretty upset. Do not recommend unless you want a headache.

I filled in the e dairy everyday for 10 days continuously . Took the survey's ..after all the hard work it did not pay me on swagbuck . I contacted the user support its been a week no reply from them. It's total waste of time and energy. Please don't go for it.

I can't seems anything with this on and it slows down my connection to the point that it's unuseable. I am really disappointed. It also seems like my entries dont even count.

The first email claimed 7 days to get reward. I did 10 days just to be safe. After a week of not getting the reward I contacted customer service. The representative claimed that I was supposed to do 10 days, which I did. When I sent screenshots of the first email claiming 7 days & proof that I actually did 10 days, he replied with a new excuse that I didn't do the minimum of 3 batches for a Sunday. I reported it to SwagBucks & am thankfull that they gave me the full reward. Only pro is fast customer service

Since downloading this app, I cannot send or receive mms messages. I try sending photos and they "fail to send" and someone tries sending me photos and they wont download... wtf? I already have to chek in every 30 mins and answer a million questions.. so please dont interfere with my phone functions!
