Mobile Live for Android
Very buggy as others have stated. Crashes multiple times per hour. I was hopeful a recent update would address this issue but as of now the app won't even allow me to connect. I get an error reading "invalid column name 'autopost'". Would NOT recommend mobile version. Desktop version is fine however.
Constant crashes.
Server connection lag kills this app. Have to reboot 17 times to get 1 service completed. Can't add workorders or anything in a timely manner. It's WAY easier to write bids or work orders down on paper, later putting them in on RealGreen on pc than it is to use Mobile Live. Mobile Live is broken. It is a complete joke.

Mobile Live crashes multiple times a day and requires a restart. Very frustrating when you're in the middle of completing an invoice in the middle of a busy day. Having to restart mobile live multiple times a day can add on 30 minutes to your day. Please fix the unreliability and unstableness of this app asap.

We have been with Real Green Systems for 20+ years and currently have 24 technicians using Mobile Live. All users are withinin the lawn & shrub care dept. We will be adding the pest control & sales depts this spring. Over the 3+ years that we have been using Mobile Live, we have significantly cut our administrative overhead expenses. As with all new technology, there were some rough spots, especially in the beginning. Over time, we have become more and more confident in the system and now I can say that it would be as well of the Mobile Live System.
I don't even know where to begin... After 9 months!!! of paying for this app, working with tech support at least 1 hr/week, following all of their recommendations, 3 printers, 2 tablets, and 2 phones, the app has never functioned for more than 6 days before a critical error causes the app to stop working. Tech support is friendly, but customer service staff are arrogant and unwilling to offer any sort of reimbursement for the countless hours spent attempting to make THEIR PRODUCT work. Out of space to type

It has some flaws, but it is much better than doing it all by hand and double entering it back in the office. Each update seems to actually improve. We run it on over 20 devices and it gets the job done once you are used to it all.
Have used this program now for about the last year and love it. Get a static IP address and make sure you have a good 4g wireless provider and you won't go wrong. My load times are super fast this way. As long as they keep building on this program it will be excellent! Few flaws with completing jobs that were not assigned for that day that auto assign invoices as printed, when they are not. Make sure to check all your monthly invoices for accuracy for statement only clients!
This app is fantastic. The ability to send estimates from it via email has been the biggest help for my company. It has helped me save so much time. I'm not even close to using it to its fullest potential!
Best app of your life.
I have had a great experience with Mobile Live. There have been a few glitches, but Real Green is responsive and good at working through them. This is a much faster way to get data entered, and more accuracy as well.
This app was a terrible failure on every level. My company spent thousands of dollars following the developers advice, and over 9 months of testing, and the best it did was 6 consecutive days (with minimal errors). It never worked the way they say it does. Terrible customer service too.

It crashes at least a dozen times a day , they update it all the time but never to fix problems . It is constantly sending jobs back as undone after you close them out costing me money . You have to refresh it at least a dozen times a day then still have to enter each job as complete over and over . PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE THAT I HAVE BEEN EMAILING YOU ABOUT SINCE LAST SEPTEMBER...................
Usually this app works great. It never really bugs out for us, but it seems that every time you update it it goes down nationwide. This seems to be a recurring issue.
There is more time spent waiting for the system to reload than there would be if you filled out the invoice with a pen. The errors have been the same since the last year, which tells me they don't know how to fix them. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone!!
They are always updating the capabilites of what you can do which is awesome, however, the whole program runs far too slow. Seems like the structure of the program isn't designed well with the constant refreshing of a route listing and load times for communicating with the servers.
Works great!!! So much better being able to access customers accts in the field.

So much better! The lastest version is now starting to become something I could recommend. Time and material invoices have been added. One thing I want to see added is an email to be auto sent at time of job completion to the customer. Most people today are receiving email instantly on their smart phone. Giving the customer a time of completion instantly would give our services a kick into the modern era of smart devices.
It's not perfect but it does so much and is ever improving. So many features have been added since we first started using MOL and most bugs are fixed from one version to the next. Keep up the good work
A material design overhaul would be much appreciated.
Im finding if difficult to get the techs to really use the system. Principly because it was foisted on them without enough training, plus its not very intuitive.

Most of the bugs are worked out. Looking forward to starting the season to see how the updates are working.
Needs some basic features that should have been there from the beginning. Such as printing time and material bills for landscaping work. You are not able to do this. Because of this you are forced to use some other way of making invoices, ex: hand writing then reenter in office computer, or use other software that's able to do this. Almost all other software for businesses can do this. Very disappointed. If this gets added I will raise my rating. Also navigation needs to be able to use a offline map option.
Easy production entry, truck tracking, invoice printing love everything about it!
As with any system, this takes getting used to. But it has helped our techs increase productivity, helped our office staff reduce costly data input time, and helped us out overall. It needs to get better
Still broken. Never had a week trouble free. I enjoyed my job until we adopted this program.

Just started seasonand havent been able to use in the past 2 weeks. Concept is a great idea but never works.
