Hi fire team I can't get passed the number registration bit it seems like it s set to only Irish numbers. Are people from the UK allowed to sign up?
You really need to spam through 30 years of calendar to set your dob?... Forget it.

Used to work before the update. it noo crashes on the log in page
I like the new update! It looks great and sending messages is a cool feature. I'd like to be able to use my fingerprint instead of the pin though.

Keep crushing when open payment page
I could not even pass the verification stage, despite providing valid UK passport and having a perfect credit record. I asked why this was, and they said they couldn't provide details. How bizarre - if they needed any extra information, I could have given it to them. Support were useless.
It was taking too long to enter my DOB! No option to simply enter.. You have to scroll back month by month.. And when you are born in 1980 that's a long scroll!... Ahhh.. Apologies..
Can't register says invalid phone number
Simply not working. Downloaded the new app and it just won't load, showing splash screen consistently with no error message at all.
Worked well initially and I found it quite useful to have duel currency accounts. It could never print statements though. Now the app closes with an error after starting, even after reinstalling. Same result on another phone. Support don't seem too bothered about it. Luckily, I'd transferred nearly all my money out earlier.
Love the chat and pay! So intuitive to use
Great app
On the face of it, a service that could really do a lot. But the reality is that bank transactions and timelines are not respected, customer service is zero, and even basic things like Fire to Fire account transfers are not that smooth. I would think twice before opening an account. I would not presently recommend this service to anyone!
I would like to say that Fire helps to manage cross border transactions between Euro and British Pounds.
Cuts costs and very convenient
I previously gave this app, and the service, 3 stars. I would have given it more but for the problems scanning and sending documents for verification. Unfortunately I've now had to revise it down to 1 star. Recently I changed my bank account so wanted to delete the existing withdrawal account from my profile and add a new one. The first problem was that as soon as you switch from the Pay with Fire app to another, it logs you out. When you log back in you're back at the opening screen. This makes it impossible to copy and paste the BIC and IBAN details for the account. You end up having to print them out and enter them manually (increasing the chances of making a mistake). But the more serious problem is that having added the new account you can't remove the old one - via the Android app or web site. Worse still is that if you email support and ask them to remove it, EVEN THEY (apparently) cannot do so. I can't help feeling that the software is not fit for purpose. STILL can't remove old bank accounts with the latest version @ 31 March 2016. Judging by the small number of reviews, hardly anyone uses this service anyway so perhaps they simply can't afford a decent app developer.

Works perfectly and Fire staff are always helpful and friendly.

The app is a good start but obviously the success of this venture will depend on future development and take up. There is one small issue with the verification. If you choose "from camera" to scan the documents, when your phone or tablet switches to the camera app it exits the Realex one. Having taken the pictures you then have to log back in to Realex and are taken back to the opening screen where you have to start the verification again (whatever you had input previously is lost). The pictures you took are not saved to gallery so you have to choose "from camera" again. Of course you then end up repeating the same failure. The solution is to take pictures of the documents in the usual way using the camera, save them to gallery and then choose "from gallery" during the Realex verification.
App itself is flawless. But the service need more marketing and advertising.

Can get id verified. Keeps asking for first document and doesn't move on to asking for second and third. Doesn't inspire confidence for a banking app you are entrusting your money and identity
