ReadyForZero: Pay Off Debt for Android
I need assistance with remembering which debts need to be paid and when. This app helps me organize bill reimbursement and is proficient in allowing me to keep track of and pay the financial obligations, such as: one time payments, short term payments, longterm loan payments and normal obligations like: rent, car payment, utilities, food, and everyday expenses.
Actually, I loved it ... But I was just notified via email that the app/sites debt planning feature will be ending.....with only a week's warning. Not sure what happened, but it's a loss. This app has helped me cut my credit card debt in half
It needs updating efforts! Login takes forever, my accounts don't update (it's been a couple months since the last time it synced correctly!), and it logs out "due to unexpected errors". However, the concept is great. Make it work correctly and you get 5 stars! UPDATE: I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and it seems to work fine. I will update once a weekly/monthly account update takes place
There was a problem with the server. Please try again later
I have been trying to sign up for the last couple days and it keeps on saying there is a problem with the server! Please fix this, you are losing people that are very interested in using this app!
It doesnt take into account that sometimes not all purchases on your account have the same APR. For example, Promotional Purchases. If it could include that I would give it 5 stars.
Downloaded and got "server error" every time I tried to set up a new login account. There's not a link to reset your password either (not that I got that far). Looked like it would be a good app. Too bad I didn't get past the login page.
This app has been great at helping me keep track of my debts and prioritizing which accounts to pay off first. Lately, I have noticed that accounts are syncing more frequently, which has been very helpful. One feature that could be improved is the "edit plan" section. While I like that you can see how your debt payoff date changes with increased monthly payments, it would be great if there were an option to see how making one time lump sum payments affects payoff date. Otherwise, it's an excellent app!
This app and service were beyond amazing and I have yet to find anything like it. Unfortunately, the service is shut down. The app should no longer be on the market.
Great idea, however I can't even sign up. It just tells me there is a service error and to try again later. Unfortunately later never comes with this app so it is just taking up space on my phone.
I've heard this app is great. But I've had it for over a week hoping they would fix the server issues. But they haven't and don't think they will. Don't download because you won't be able to make an account anyways.
This app is very helpful and great way to help out to pay off debt. I wish it could not give so many log in issues and also does not refresh very often, its the only reason why i dont give it 5 stars. Other than that i really like it.
The debt tracking feature was the only good part of this app. November 11th we will no longer have access to this. Just a blog I don't care about. Lame.
I've been trying to sign up all day and it still says there are server issues. Would love to use it, but it won't even let me sign up
They no longer offer the debt reduction plan and tracking. You cannot log into the app anymore. You'll just get an error.
I don't know why I'm giving this app five stars. Every time I open it it tells me I'm still overweight and in debt.
I couldn't even try it. I couldn't even join. There was a problem with their server.
I was looking around for awhile trying to find a program that could calculate how much I should put to specific cards based off of debt amount and APR. This site is so great! Most of my cards could be linked. I provide the amount I can pay each month, and the app separates out suggested payments for each account. I've paid off 2 accounts already, and I'm so excited for July! I only wish there was a budget portion. Where I could add in how much I plan to spend on groceries/bills each month - like Mint.
I got an email yesterday saying as of 11 Nov, readyforzero was shutting down and I would not be able to log into my account... I cannot find any thing to confirm this.. Was this a spam email??
To those trying to login or create a new account, the service has been discontinued. It'd be nice if they actually communicated that fact but I'm not surprised considering they sold out.
This is the only app that has helped me eliminate 3 large bills in the months and I'm still working on my other debt. This app keeps me motivated to keep on track. Well done!
Love the idea that all my accounts are in one place. Wish they had more access to different credit cards so that updating would be easier. This was a great app, but as of 11/11/16 it closed down. Wonder why??
It's helped me pay off 25% of my student debt in less than 2 years!
I can't make the app to work, it says server error try again later. Been trying for days. Uninstalling.
Absolutely useless. Unable to even create an account one I downloaded and installed it.
I just installed the app & signed up. Every time I try to add an account I get kicked out! Don't bother!!
Could never sign up. Just says there are server errors.
I've tried spreadsheets and other apps but this is the only one that keeps track of your plan, reminds you of payments, and automatically knows when you've made it. And if I pay more or less, it revises the plan. Thank you for developing this app! I would like to see ability to set a promotional rate with promotion end date. Transferring/consolidating cc debt to another card due to zero/low promotional rates is very common and this app doesn't handle this scenario. It should plan to payoff by promo end
The idea is good and it's useful, but some accounts develop login issues. It would also help if you could manually choose the order in which to pay your debts. IE: It makes more sense to pay all revolving accounts before mortgages, but if there is a CC acct with a lower interest rate, your mortgage/car loan is calculated to be paid off first. Nothing a user can't adjust for--just a suggestion.
I like having all of my accounts in one place to track. However there is no way to update the accounts. It takes days, or even a couple weeks for a card to refresh and reflect an accurate total. I have to delete the card and reenter it to see where I dtand. Also, I have some cards that have promotional deals of zero interest for X amount of months until it goes up. There is no way to reflect that in this app. I really like the idea of ready for zero, but it needs some major improvements.

I love everything about this app except it's problem of not updating my accounts often. Some things are updated but others haven't updated since I signed up (one of my accounts last updated 29 days ago). I wish there was a update/sync button somewhere.
I like that it helps prioritize the debts I should be paying first. The only problem is I'd rather see more customization. I got paid biweekly and I'd like to see it allocate how to allocate my payments based on that, just just the whole of what I'm willing to pay. I'd also like it to update the balances more often.
After I would close an acct. It wouldn't update. So one card never showed that it was paid off. I would just have to delete it. And it didn't always update to the right amount.
Same gripe, why should I wait weeks too see an update? Where's the info on my target amount I should be looking at. We want immediate gratification that after we make scheduled strides to getting debt free, financial free - that we see the progress tally on our app. Till then this is just a glorified piece of paper to me that requires to much manual work. FIX IT GUYS!!
Login to bank is a pain and manual inputs just waste time. Need to be able to connect to accounts better. YNAB seems to be better , but not free

Needs the ability to force sync with accounts. Some accounts stop updating due to sign in problems.

Great idea and great solid start. I highly sugest this app for trying to figure out multiple debts. It sinks up with most but if you dont like giving acess you can manually input the amout, %, min payment. The layout is clean and simple with nothing to distract you from its and your goal. I love seeing how many years i cut off my debt by paying more. I feel more in control. My fcu Banks dont sink which is an annoyance. I wish i could add my savinggoal to this (i treat them as a debt in my budget)
