About Mathrubhumi epaper
Conceived as the mouthpiece of India's freedom movement, Mathrubhumi is one of the front-runners among the Malayalam newspapers. The first copy of Mathrubhumi was published on 18th of March 1923 -- the day before the first anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi's arrest for the first time by the British police. Led by K.P.Kesava Menon, the prominent freedom fighter, as Editor and K. MadhavanNair as Managing Director, Mathrubhumi was envisaged for spreading the message of the great National Movement. In the beginning, the paper was published a week and had just one edition from Kozhikode (Calicut). A newspaper born out of relentless passion of freedom fighters, Mathrubhumi went on to become an inalienable part of Kerala's social fabric.
Now with fifteen editions- ten in Kerala , ones in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangaluru, Chennai and Dubai- it has an impressive circulation of over 1.5 million copies.

Irritating app... Showing ads (video and stills) frequently and without permission. Still they don't know about what a common reader want. Only think about earning money with ads thats why the app is still going downwards Better mathrubhumi can create a new app with features like PDF news papers can download also, can access oldest news with some decent ad sence.

Easy to view news for all districts with a single click..only problem with ads. Its coming automatically while reading, however we can remove it by the back button on immediately.

മലയാളം പത്രം ഇത്ര വ്യക്തയോടെയും വളരെ ലളിതവും ആയ മറ്റൊരു ആപ്പ് വേറെയില്ല. പക്ഷേ Play Store ൽ ഇത് ഒന്നു കണ്ടു പിടക്ക് ന വളരെയധികം ബുദ്ധിമുടാണ്.

Best app ഇപ്പോ സ്ഥിരമായി മാതൃഭൂമി വായിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി മനോരമ കൂടി കിട്ടുമോ It was the best e paper but now too much adv. Can't read offline. When I try to read downloaded paper offline, app shows no network available. Totally waste now.

This newspaper gives no value to truth.. Just using its reach for spreading false news. Honesty for it is a meaningless word.
