I am so glad to have found this app. People seem to be real and very helpful in discussing problems and offering support. Very nice way of incorporating so many diseases in a single app. I didn’t expect to see so many diseases covered under one app. Good job developers.

It just didn't work, after it made me reset the password I'd just created and wasn't incorrect it told me I hadn't authorized my account... Which I had done before trying to log in. I don't know if it's just me, but I'll find less error ridden app.

Two weeks I talked to more people then any ones talked to me you have people on there talking about committing suicide when I try talk n help they disappear not ok... You need to fix ur site manage things better!!!!!

It's really great as I'm loving it so far. I'd like to be able to private message users if possible. Just cud stubs things are really personal.

Really it's an useful and must have apps who are suffering. At least get a feelings of togetherness. Love it. Keep going developers. People need it. :)

Chronic disease support app

Easy to use. Can look for help and render help. Interesting articles on blog page.

Very very very nicely done app. Love the part where I can connect with diabetes and depression together and see both posts in one feed. Keep up the good work.

It is a fair review !This app can store your personal health issues and sell/lose to a 3rd party. No ability to view the contents without an account, the hallmarks of something sinister! Some people may want to view what conditions they have before asking for support. Surely if this was a genuine site about health and support then it should be completely anonymous. The age thing is also crap, what if a teenager has a scary health problem that they can't discuss their folks?

Unable to register. Confirmation emails sent me to invalid links. Two stars for a good idea, but it simply doesn't work.

How about you widen the range a bit. Very few categories and what I have doesn't fit in any of them. Please make a category for IBD: CD.

The people on this app are real, honest & supportive - Love the connect with others going thru similar things as me. Very clean interface and easy to use. Lots of upgrades & even a couple new sections in the few months I've been on. Very responsive & engaged team at ReachOut.

Very buggy -- wouldn't let me complete the location part of my profile, making it impossible to post or comment. Obviously needs some work.

Records everything from dob to ip. Sufficient and polite response from the developer that the DOB is only for age requirements (I hope there are other options for under 17s to get help). Doesnt record gps location so section removed from comment. Improved star points as a result.

This bug needs to be fixed. Can comment because of it. :/

Seems like a new app/concept but it feels pretty supportive and positive so far. Hoping for updates to improve the apps reach and effectiveness.

I am from Bulgaria.. obviously the devs dont know my country exists. I am insulted that my country is not recognised!!!

Great app, great concept, very annoying profile edit bugs. Will up my review score once debugged.

Really easy way of connecting and sharing what I am going through with those who care. A must have for anyone dealing with chronic illness.

I just got this and I don't know where to ask, but am I allowed to just help people out but not have any Challenges or conditions I deal with?

This is by far the best app I've seen about socializing with people with a similar condition. It is super easy to use and I 10,000% recommend this app. You will find so much help and advice on this app. Its comforting.

Need advice asap and there is no were to start a new post, if there is then it's hidden, no help or instructions. By the time I figure it put my boyfriend could already have passed. I don't have time to figure out how to do this, uninstalling

Thanks so much for coming up with this app. It has helped me so much with my troubles with heart disease and mental illness in the family. I have recommended this to a few people I know. Keep up the good work.

Just downloaded. Can bring comfort & solace to those punished by destiny. I know how much my Mom loves to discuss and talk about diabetes with those who can feel the pain sameway she feels. It is always wonderful to get connected with the people who sail in the same boat, and awesome when the connection is borderless.

I've been searching for an app like this for a long time. So happy it got created. The people are really open minded and the response time is really fast. I feel like it's a community where everyone genuinely cares and it's a really nice support system. So glad i could meet different people and feel like i could help someone out as well as get help. Keep up the good work guys!

I think that this app touches important topic of peoples feelings and pain, of what they going through, and it helps a lot to cope with your problems. Absolutely love it!

Love this app. Was quite scared about my diagnosis of diabetes, but got on this app and talked to several other diabetics. Made me feel like there is hope. Keep up the good work.

 I am happy to see people seek out support. Being a medical provider, it is important for patients to get emotional support as well and this app does just that. Am happy to answer questions in my expertise (mental health).  

   I have been searching for something like this for so long. Thanks so much for developing this. It has been so useful in my fight with diabetes. Even my doctor say this and was happy for me. Please add the ability to share some threads with friends etc. That would be cool.

It helps to be able to talk to other people going through diabetes as well. Must use for those needing emotional support. 

This a very useful app. I recoomend it to anybody who wants to get or share information from others who have the same heath issue. It allows people who has the same desease to share their experiences (syntomes or traitements).
