Hi I cant seem to open "how it works" or "more on alcoholism". Its says video is not supported and yet the rest is audio?? Im using a new samsung s4... any help would be appreciated

C chapter cuts off halfway through. It begins each chapter and then Midway just ends not completing the chapter. I really needed this in the morning. So I downloaded it. And could not hear the message. Having problems getting my refund.
