Hands-Free SMS

Sometimes it works fine but sometimes it will stop reading sms while it is enabled. After paying $5 it is disappointing.

Works Ok. I only wanted to use the app with a Roadster 2 and for the app to be activate only when connected to the roadster or Bluetooth. Word pronunciation is not great or clear. Should be a lot better for price of app . Had some intermittent issues with the S7 so I removed the app. Not a good app for the buck.

I tested this out on the free version and it seemed to work fine. So I bought this one here and it just says that there is a data connection error when a message comes in?

Voice recognition is not real good it keeps asking me if I want to reply I say yes it doesn't understand I finally have to disconnect it and type it in by hand is the longer I've had it the worse it gets

Works great. Only wish you could initiate SMS texts from the app via voice.

Have tried so many...this one is the only one that works perfect. Finally found an ap that works through my car bluetooth.

Yes, I've tried all the other ones paid and free. Most run into a glitch at some point or have page upon page of "cryptic" settings that you're not sure the meaning of and/or what kind of havoc they will wreak. Which brings up probably one of the best features of this app- Only one page of simple settings in an easy to understand plain English format. And... the app just works and does what it's supposed well. Very much worth the upgrade price.

This app is so helpful. It great to be able to reply to texts without having to get off the road to respond. Helps me keep my eye on the road and disregard the unimportant texts till later. Great job. Would be great if it handled Google Voice texts as well.

I've had this app for a couple of years, on different phones, and can't find anything better. It is more sophisticated than the text readers that are installed in 2015 and 2016 model cars, and the developer personally responds to questions.

I do wish that the woman who is speaking would speak English more fluently. Some of her words are hard to understand, so I am having to still read the text behind her. Also, need to figure how to NOT read previous text messages once the vehicle/Bluetooth starts. It's very annoying. I am having to press ignore over and over again. Please fix both and you would get 5 stars.

This app has never worked properly and I think I paid for it too. I've changed phones, updated and still the same result. I don't know how you have a 3.9 star rating...am I missing something?

All the others keep wanting to play over BT Media which doesn't work. This works perfect and interrupts the radio like a call. Is it possible for the Bluetooth option to behave like it and Hands-Free are selected, but not turn on the screen? On Android 6/Marshmallow it is a little glitchy and the Enable/Disable button vanishes making it impossible to turn it off (Using Manual or BT Enabled). It later hangs and FCs.

Works very well. My only wish is that there would be a way I could start a text with it, rather than having to wait for someone to send me one to get it going.

Only issue so far is I said No once to modify a Reply, then it misheard me and I said no for it being correct and it got stuck in a really fast loop saying it couldn't understand I had to cancel on screen.

I've tried others, thinking they might be better/have more functionality and always come back. I just wish the voice recognition didn't "lose its mind" as often. There're only so many ways I can say "yes" to reply to a text before I just give up.

I have bought, downloaded, tried almost everything out there. This is the only app that does what I want.

Phone: Samsung Galaxy S5 OS: Android 5.0 Car Device: Motorola Roadster 2 Bought this because neither S Voice nor Indigo handled texts to my satisfaction and the description seemed to fit my requirements. I have yet to see what happens on an incoming message, but I'm already disappointed that I can't send a new message with this. I have disabled everything I can find that might use hands free, but it just opens Google voice dialing if I activate the Bluetooth device to send a message.

Don't waste,your f in money crashes. Everytime it reads,it I want my money back you don't even deserve one,star nah I'd rather let folks know not to waste there money so they don't get screwed

My Note 4 car mode is very limited. I wanted to be able to receive and reply to texts via bluetooth while at the office or just watching tv. This does just that! For those having issues with it crashing, I found that disabling the pop-up notification on my SMS app really made a difference. It made this App much more stable! Works great!

Waste of money. Doesn't work if you normally lock your phone. It just recieves an SMS then locks up and won't read it.

Worthless! Does not work with my Chrysler Uconnect bluetooth system. Emailed the developer for advice and assistance----no response My original assessment was overly harsh. The Developer and I have had several interactions to resolve my problems. While the App still does not work with my vehicle, my opinion of the Developer is very positive. Somethings just aren't meant to happen, but is through no fault of the Developer. He/she has offered several possible fixes. It appears the problem is my type of smartphone. In a few months it will be time for a phone upgrade, I'm optimistic that a new phone will work.

Turned off the Google bluetooth as suggested. Tried with it turned on. Won't read through Bluetooth or phone.

Three requests: create a widget to enable/disable it quickly, update the look as the black text on blue screen is difficult to read, and have it to were music being played on bluetooth is lowered in volume when SMS is being read. Otherwise great job!

It never worked that great but now with my latest firmware update it doesn't work at all. I will revise if developer fixes app.

It's the only hands free texting app that works in my new 2015 car! Works quickly, flawlessly and seamlessly. The voice sounds a bit static, but the speed and accuracy can't be beat!

Tried this app a few months ago and was too buggy... have retried and its now a winner.. the bt on and off when in car only. Only warning is not to have bt speaker next to phone else there will be a risk of echo... tks for a good app.

I tried a lot of apps to find one which would both read text messages and allow a response by voice. This is one of the few that I have found that does both and is reliable. I do have two feature requests. 1. I have noticed that it does not read texts when there are multiple recipients. I would like it to be able to do this. 2. I would also like it if you could initiate a new text by voice instead of only being able to reply to an incoming text. Aside from those too things, I have been very happy with this product!

I have been using Motospeak for years. Motorola just informed me that they are going to let it die a slow death. Their app sucked out of the gate. I should have paid for this a long time ago. It's buggy at times but overall worth the 5 bucks. Wish you had a call back option.

This app works great. Unfortunately it reads all the texts I got during the day weather I read them or responded or not, so it can take a while to clear the buffer when I first get in my car. Also there is a relatively long delay between the system asking a question and when it is ready to receive the answer (i.e. a tone that says its listening).

Very good voice recognition in my car on Bluetooth.

Hi, thought I would have a look again at this app... looking a lot better... work great on one account/phone but this one/ phone bt setup does a echo and the voice commands can't be delivered. Is there a way to use bt mike and speaker only? Are you using mono for bt if not can you pls add mono as a future option to make it more compatible on more car/ bt setups... can still only give it a 3 until it works.
