MobilePay for Android
Simply register on the MobilePay app for an account and you're all set to start parking. If the RCP car park supports MobilePay, signs will display the location number and other relevant information. Once registered, tap Pay for Parking within the app and enter the location number and further details. It's that simple!
* Add vehicles to your account.
* Map view to discover RCP parking facilities nearby (requires GPS).
Note: The app requires an active internet connection.
Worked fine until the latest update, now it just sticks on 'Loading your details' when trying to pay. Please fix it
Compared to the competition, this app is utter rubbish. Doesn't let you exit using the back button, map view to find nearest car parks zooms in to the middle of the Pacific ocean. Only installed it as I was visiting Portsmouth but it's useless near home even if it did work properly so binning it. It's just, as I said, rubbish!
Worked ok for two months. Then got broken(would be stuck on loading details screen) for a while after update. and now working again after latest update.
I can't see the expiry time on my Samsung galaxy S7. It's hidden under I can only see the date with ... instead of time.
When i paid for parking program stuck, i tried to pay 4 time, after one time was successful, but they took from my account £20.5,not £5.5....I sent 3 email about this issue, nothing answer.Never had problem with this application before, but in the future im not gonna use.
It's not bad when it finally worked...it would be nice to see on your phone the expire time.. All that's visible is the date.
Parked somewhere else as the app is terrible, another parking scam
Now I can't exit from the app!
Sort your sh*t out RCP
Doesn't work can't make a payment.
Why not default to last location rather than input a location every time? Why not change keyboard from alpha to numeric when inputting to numeric only fields? Could be a great app!
Has to pay by mobile, not working
It is crap!
Useless
You can't get a receipt so if you are using for business purposes it's useless. Contacted them twice and they promised to email a receipt over and nothing comes through
Gave personal details to sign up for account, entered location number, then couldn't move to the next screen because app wouldn't allow to enter vehicle registration. Gave up and used the adjacent car park, which worked flawlessly.
Doesn't actually function as an app. Ridiculous and embarrassing software development.
Terrible registration process, terrible layout, just terrible. Sort it out
Good idea but what's with the extra charge??
Registered and then couldn't select what vehicle I wanted to pay for. Absolute rubbish...ended up parking somewhere else as they clearly wanted you to pay cash as it was more money. Awful app
Mandatory fields on address where not required. Too much info needed. Buggy. Terrible ux. Dreadful
£0.50 transaction fee? What's the point then? I would rather pay via the machine...
I'd already signed up via the website so had no issues logging straight into the app. The only annoyance is asking me to input the carpark ID every time, hopefully this will be improved over time with a history list or using the phone's location.
Keeps saying not connected to Internet despite being on 4g. Connected then via wifi wouldn't allow me to log in even though have a profile. Paid via website in the end - still waiting for confirmation email though. So have I paid or not? ??
I wanted to park up and pay by phone. At first could not find app, then the registration took far too long. Have uninstalled. Now I know why there has only been 100 downloads. Should have gone with pay by phone app. Much easier to use.
Failed registration and the app hides the home back and multi tasking icons on my Nexus. Forced reboot to use my phone again
Saves me getting up at 1am so well happy!
V happy, saves lots of time at 05:30 in the morning
£0.50 transaction fee? What's the point then? I would rather pay via the machine...
Not interested!

Slow to use, buggy, doesn't allow you to reuse previous locations. Just awful. Ringgo does it so much better.
