Asum not ma video doesn't compile beyond 29 % I even tried to install the app again but it doesn't work

The video won't slow down so that you can actually see the picture long enough to grasp the emotion of it how do I slow down the picture movement plus it will not allow me to upgrade to premium so I can have a longer video in just 30 Seconds...Please advise. Sent email as well.
