I have my assignment on the crew website but it is not in the app. It was not like this before. I have already uninstalled the app and installed and it is the same.

I prefered a face to face instruction by a scheduler to avoid any mistakes,&confustion about trainings, so that no more finger pointing for any delays ships operation. Is always affected.

It does not upload visa pictures from phone gallery,.every time you click submit it shows timeout......?.....? For wht I don't know,then u take picture from phone n then upload but the picture commes blurred cannot even read

Easy to use

Up loaded new passport and two months later still awaiting approval wow.This causes alot of unnessary stress and frustration on the employee wondering what is the reason the passport isnt approved.Actually alittle while after it was approved and yes the passport went green and said travel ready.later down on my vacation when I checked it went back to pending approval.

The app is very stable and works well. It does need a few improvements though. In it's current version, we cannot print LOE or save as pdf to print or email later. That functionality would be of immense use to the CMs.

submit my documents but my visa line showing documents pending approval for the past four weeks and it's also frozen from .that time so I upload my visa via my email but they keep saying it's invalid I'm frustrated can you fix this app . I need to go back to work soon , but I need to confirm my assignment

How come that online I can access my account however through the app is stating invalid password....

Please fix it soon because I have already sent email about my documents but nothing shows in myrcl app

There is no confirm click on the assigment confirmation, this make me so frustrated, please fix this problem!
