I asked for the activity band as a gift and didn't see all these bad reviews until after getting the product. At first I too was frustrated with the app, but once I sat down and read the instructions that came with the product I didn't have any problems. For the price I really don't have any complaints. It fits great, and I even get text and call alerts so I don't have to keep checking my phone. Would definitely suggest it as a cheaper Fitbit alternative.

Synched to my phone easily. App installed easily with low data. Takes pictures and saves it. Counts my steps and burned calories. Notifies me of text messages. I can read them on my arm. Have not checked the sleep yet or water resistance. But it's comfy. *** update.. Doesn't actually pay attention to my sleep and is now not counting my steps

I got the band from Groupon a while back in July. Since then, the monitor counts my steps. However, I don't think it is that accurate because I had 6973 steps after my workout one morning and after working half through my day. My coworker has an apple watch, and he was already at 10,0000 steps without working out. We both have jobs that require lots of walking and physical labor. So I don't know how accurate the watch is. But it does keep me accountable of the steps.

I got this after too many problems with my fit bit. Honestly I check it vs my phones samsung pedometer and theyre usually very close. Yes the app doesnt do a lot but I use multi heath apps and for the groupon price of 30 bucks the band itself does more than my fit bit. Yes the app is a tad behind, no calorie conter or food, the sleep function I always forget, and you cant add additional workout forms. But its also waterproof! I have swam with it many times. This is honestly a great band!

Why??? I am poor and the store I bought this from is going out of business and I bought 2. I am screwed and they're expensive. If the app doesn't work then the voila, nothing works. They should be turned into the BBB but who has time.

Not accurate. It unpaired for no reason. Now it is finding but won't pair. ?????. I uninstalled hoping to fix the problem and it looks like it erased everything. This is essentially useless if it won't pair. Someone planning on fixing this problem or did I just pay a couple of weeks ago for a useless piece of junk

finds the device just fine but will not pair...useless thanks for wasting my time and money on a POS that doesn't work

Works so far for me

Half of the functions don't work. The pedometer is very inaccurate and the alarm function is basically pointless. I've tried using the alarm multiple times and it's either not gone off or was about half an hour later than I set it. At least it keeps time I guess

This app really sucks. So does the RBX TR2 fitness tracker. They both blow huge donkey dick.

Drains your battery. Sleep tracker doesn't work. Waste of time and money.

Site reported a dangerous app

It won't pair. It doesn't see my dear ice half the time and when I try to pair it says "pairing" forever if I let it. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, everything! I'm on a note 5 and the most current version of android. This was a waste of money!

This is junk bad app doesn't connect to anything! -1000 is the score I would give it! Says it's Bluetooth capable but isn't! False advertising! Returning in the morning! Bad Product! Don't waste your time!

How can an app be created to be so horrible what a big waste of money I am hoping to get my money back through the company since they actually have a guarantee. This is a scam I will contact the BBB if I don't get my money back.
