It's only a tool to sell you stuff and there are no tools to use within this app that are free. The ad had promised a color wheel at least

As others have said, you don't get anything with the free app, just a way to buy a simplified digital version of Bob's Color Wheel and other brief tipsheets. Bob's a great artist & salesman and needs to earn a living. I'm OK with that, but if the stuff isn't there or doesn't work, it's going to spoil his image & reputation. Bob may not know about this problem, but he needs to fix it with whoever built the app for him. The problem is, when you buy the Color Wheel, which is very basic but works OK, there are supposed to be 2 documents with it but they don't open. Blank screens for both. A 'Color Comparison Chart' and 'Detailed Instructions' are just not there.
