The Read Book Foundation is sincerely endeavouring to develop reading habit amongst

younger generation to build knowledge based strong civil society. In this effort the Foundation

seeks to collaborate with other like minded organisations to fulfill the aspirations of the

Foundation.

Knowledge dispels darkness and lead people towards Light. Due to various reasons book

reading habit among younger generation is on the downward trend. We believe reading book is

the best way to acquire the right knowledge .Because other sources of information like internet ,

electronic media etc., are confusing and sometimes misleading.

Right knowledge is very important to build a healthy and strong society . According to Gallop

Organisation's (USA) survey deminishing reading habit among younger generation has been

considered as one of the ten top causes for terrorism, poverty and other social maladies.

The Foundation is committed to inculcate the habit of book reading among younger generation

to acquire right knowledge to build a strong society.

Myself and the members of the Foundation are having extensive experience and knowledge in

various professional and social organisations. I have headed various state, national and

international organisations and have conducted state, national and international conferences

and workshops. Also, I have received several awards and recognitions.

With all these experiences and involvement, I have great zeal and enthusiasm to serve the

society, in particular younger generation to acquire right knowledge by encouraging them to

develop reading habit.

I am confident that you will appreciate the commitment of the Read Books Foundation and

extend you support and co operation in building a healthy and knowledgeable society.
