RBC Bluesfest

Maps: coming soon. Very useful. Also was not updated with weather updates as frequently as on social media sites. Only upside, was those were available within the app. Needs work for next year.

I Love this App cause it helps Me to keep track of All Whom Performs on the days I Volunteer..I've been Volunteering for Ottawa RBC Bluesfest 2015,2016 and now 2017..I'am a forever Volunteer from 2015 until I die and or I Physically not able....I do Gate#1 every shift every year.

Tried installing this twice and once I did, it told me the app had stopped. Never actually got onto the app, it wouldn't let me.

An excellent app when navigating the shows at the festival.

Why does bluesfest need to see my browsing history on other apps? Other installed apps and who im talking to during my phone calls? I dont think so!! There is no need for half of these permissions and this year i will not install this app!! What the hell does ottawa bluesfest need all this information for? So they can make more money off me? Yeah, i dont think so!

So if my phone is low on battery and I'm offline, i can't access anything in the app because it has to load everything all over again each time I turn it on. What's the point. Might as well use the paper schedule they give on site.

If the devs would just try using the app before releasing it (I'm convinced nobody did) they'd see the obvious flaws. Refresh schedule each launch? WTF Why?? Especially when the network is slow at...like I dunno an outdoor festival! Does the schedule change that often? Even when the schedule did change (De La Soul) the app didn't reflect it! The artist info is so bad..like why would you not have paragraphs/formatting? TLDR; A high schooler could've done better.

VERY POOR DESIGN. No way to see full line up on one screen. This displaying one stage at a time is nonsense. Make a way the see the whole day. All stages on one screen. And make a way to see the whole fest all stages on one screen that you can zoom into. HOW ABOUT A SYSTEM THAT IS EASY TO NAVAGATE. Also why do you need so many permissions?

Is a better map coming? Can't tell one stage from another. Band info and schedule is good though.

It took a while to get comfortable with the interface. And the delays turned out to be from the service provider. We really like it to read about the artists and watch videos while waiting.

Helped organize my schedule. Thumbs up!!!

Great once you've selected a schedule, but doesn't need to look for updates before showing info. Just load the information that was previously loaded, then update in the background with a message.

The map is almost entirely useless, and the schedule certainly isn't the most user friendly thing I've ever seen

Where is the map? No info or links for artists. As days go on the "when" means lots of scrolling. Just a dropdown needed, same for "where".

Crashes whenever you try to look at the schedule

The app is ok, but it doesn't seem to have band information when I want to check out a performer.

When you don't have the internet, it's still there for you. Don't forget to thank your volunteers, were there to help!
