RazorSync Mobile Field Service for Android
I had issues before with the app freezing and crashing. Thanks to Amanda with razorsync, my issues were resolved quickly. The customer service was outstanding.
Glitchy will exit out of a screen when typing up items and make you restart and type it all over again/ no option to view time for checking in and out on the phone app
It crashes a lot, spell check is blocked. Can't see clocked in and out time

Terrible app. Terrible desktop. Terrible all the way around. I can't believe they're actually charging for this. What a joke. Hell it's so bad that even trying to agree to terms of service doesn't work. My company will definitely seek out alternative options.
The idea and depth is great but the execution is terrible. This might be the least user friendly app I've ever used. There is no way to turn off features and skip over things you don't need. The client creation with multiple contacts and multiple addresses is extremely complicated and frustrating. The company gives you a free trial period but it all but useless because the program is so extremely convoluted and complicated to navigate that you can't really get a feel for anything without some training. Unfortunately, you only get this training by paying the highest monthly fee that I've seen for this plus an additional "start-up" fee.
Overall does great job of tracking jobs, scheduling, invoices, etc. But mapping service is limited. But happy overall

The Razorsink app has helped our business tremendously. It helps keep us organized especially for billing. I'm not the most tech savvy guy but I can navigate and use Razorsink with little to know difficulty and if I have trouble customer service always takes care of me.
Paul and Brett are great! They are super helpful and supportive. I searched for other field management systems and the support and training offered by Brett and Paul were by far the best. I have had 4 training classes and it has been easy and seamless. Looking forward to showing it to my team!
Have been using this program for a while and just completed the Quick Books integration with help from Paul Haataj. The process was much easier than we anticipated and Paul patiently walked us through each step and reviewed all the new features. So happy to have great customer service and support from Paul!
Worked with Brett and Paul on set up, linking QuickBooks and training. Both were very helpful and took time with my specific company's requests. My company launches May 1, 2017 ~ I wish us all well and feel confident RazorSync will meet my company's needs.
A lot of odd problems that really slows down entering customer and job info.

I love that they give you 30 day free trial with no credit card needed. Customer service and support was always available for us during our trial period. Once we decided to purchase, paying was a breeze. I love that there are no contracts too. They are so confident with their product that they don't feel the need to 'lock you in'. This software took a little time to tailor to our needs, but customer support was great at helping us through it. We are a maintenance service company and this software works great for us. We now invoice the same day as service is performed. Great product and service!!! Thanks!

First and foremost, the support staff at RazorSync is top notch. You actually talk to someone who is in the U.S. and speaks American English. During business hours, someone ALWAYS answers, and they're ready to help, with a great attitude - you can tell they want you to succeed, and not just with this app. Through the training they are patient, helpful, and willing to answer any and all questions. The app works beautifully across desktop, tablet and Android phones. I highly recommend this app for anyone in a field service industry.
Been using for a little while now. And can say good decision after trying some of their competitors. By far the best, and the support is fantastic. Keeps our workload better organized and keeps customers in the loop. I have been running HVAC businesses for 30 years and can say this ranks up there with some of my best business decisions. Don't know what I would do without Razorsync. All my information is with me in the field or office. Tech support is great, they have answered all my questions big or small. They don't make you feel the question you ask is dumb or to small. When my day is very hectic and customers are calling I can answer all there questions about their previous history from my phone. That's when I appreciate Razorsync the most and how well it works.
This program has saved us so much time and money. We no longer have to worry about scheduling. Paul Haataja is our customer service direct contact. Paul has been so wonderful helping familiarize us with everything and there to answer questions, walk us through any issue. Customer service is extremely important to us and Razorsync has it. Paul helps us and then follows up to make sure we are comfortable. Great investment at a minimal fee with over the top customer service. Highly recommend.
I own a fitness repair company and have tried out every field service app out there. This is, by far, the easiest, most user friendly app i have found. It doesn't lack anything and the price is the best out there. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. We started our free 30 day trial in September 2014 and only used it for a week before signing up as a paying customer. Thanks Razor!!! Keep up the great work.
This is exactly what we needed. It takes a little while to learn everything, but once you do you will not want to change. And the tech support team and the sales team are great and always willing to answer any questions. Taylor and Tony and Taylor are awesome!
What I like best about RazorSync is how functional it is and how it keeps our business organized and on schedule. The interface is appealing and the options for scheduling work very well for our business. We have been very happy with RazorSync. Sometimes there are minor issues that we struggle with but when we contact RazorSync they help us immediately. When evaluating software one of the important things is how it will help you to maintain appointments and scheduling jobs. RazorSync is very good at this and I highly recommend it.
We were having some trouble with our Quickbooks Web Connector after we upgrading to the latest version of Quickbooks. I spoke with Paul Haataja. He was great! He helped me uninstall our old Connector and install he latest version. He was nice and very patient. Very happy with the service of this wonderful company!
Informative and well organized. Was chasing my payroll last Thursday and was surfing for a company to do it for me. Found these guys and gave them a poor rating initially. Because I am old school and was looking for a phone number. To talk to a person instead of relinquishing my credit card number and being exposed. Well that is my downfall. Granted there are some companies that pull shananigans. These dudes went out of their way within a couple of hours of my posting. If you have a question or a suggestion

This program is extremely helpful in the HVAC field - would recoomend to anyone! When you call ask for Blake , you can tell he always smiles through the phone!
