Nabu for Android
The application is OK, but one big feature is missing - I would like to be able to export my data. If this feature is added - I would definitely change my rating to 5 stars. Right now this is blocking me to take full advantage of the bracelet.
Sometimes it has difficulty connecting to my nabu X but other then that the app works fine. I also think that being able to change between miles and kilometres for the distance travelled would be a nice addition
Fitness data (but not sleep data) is often glitched until the following day (e.g. the graph shows 20 min of active minutes on the day, but the overview screen would show 60min, etc.). The app also constantly creates baidu folder in my internal storage which is really annoying! edit: changed from 2 stars to 4! After the update, the fitness tracking is consistent (i.e. data not glitching out and/or disappearing) and the app stopped requesting for me to sign in every single time I open the app.
Finally, after I went and made a big thing of it, the phone call notifications issue among other things is finally fixed. Thank you so much. I can finally go back to saying that my Nabu X was a great investment.
Connection problems on an Lg G3 with Android 6.0. other than that it's really great. It connects fine with my older phones but on my main phone it doesn't pair..
Bought 10 Nubu's for testing. Every single device failed. Not to mention the horrible issues with this app. Stay away, do not buy
This was great till now my nabu wont connect, my account wont let me sign in at all but keeps saying no data is found, i tried creating a new account and it wont work at all. Please fix this and i will be happy to give you 5 stars
Previous updates have improved connectivity and fixed some bugs in the application. There's still some issues presence, but they're working them out.
My NabuX stopped tracking sleep and Wazer is replacing it for the 3rd time. Exactly the same problem on each of them
Can't update my Nabu X, says it encountered an error. Knew the price was too good to be true
Really like it so far! Three weeks now and I feel Im more aware of my activity. At this price its fantastic!
I wish that it tracked sleep on a regular basis.... sometimes it will go a week or more at a time where it works. Other times it only tracks sleep once every other day, and never when it is under 40%. So dissapointing.
after update to android 7 this app totally useless.watch cannot connect with phone even phone bluetooth allready connect with watch.pls fix it asap..
After last update it would randomly disconnect from device and could not be repaired with it contacted support and got it working again but sleep tracking no work and now its disconecting again
Latest update broke the app, can't sync with my Nabu X anymore. Get it together, Razer.
I just bought a new Nabu X and when i downloaded this app, it can only sync once in 5 tries. Double tapping the band also doesn't show any LED and im just basically wearing a black band around my hand. Can you do something about this ?
As far as I can tell, there is no utility function to change things such as weight and height. Don't put in the description that it has it when it doesn't.
Just had it a couple days,so far so good. I'll update my review but worth the money.
The app seems to be a webapp. Doesn't even sync to google fit.

The device sees my Nabu X and knows where it is. It even flashes the lights when trying to set it up. But for no reason, it can't get past setup with the tapping on it until it vibrates. I've looked at every step and I'm doing everything perfectly. This was a really special Christmas present and I want it to work, but it just can't even get connected to your faulty app.
The app works perfectly fine with my nabu watch, but ever since the newest update it wont let me turn off sleep tracking or change any other setting for that matter. All changes are ignored when going back to the menu
They keep fixing things that are not of any importance and leaving things like connection problems and notification problems open. Fix the things that make it work and stop making it worse with evry update. I didnt pay $200 for a piece of tech that is worthless and works 1 out of 10 times.
This device and app do not work. It will not pair and constantly gives an error unable to update firmware no nabu found. I'm not able to use the device. Basically a waste of money. I see this has been reported multiple times in the reviews an you have done nothing and it doesn't seem like your going to do anything to fix the issue. A waist of money and time is what it is.
Lovely. Like many reviews below stated, they have connecting issues. My Nabu watch just arrived and it will simply not connect to my Samsung S5. I was already enthusiastic about all its features. Seriously, Razer? I hope dearly, that the next updates will fix this and soon, not later.
Running Android 7.1.1 and unable to install firmware. All it does it cryptically tell me to try again. Nabu x. Worst Christmas gift ever. I own a razor mouse and mechanical keyboard and am a general fanboy of razor too. Damn. Wish this piece of rubber had more functionality than being a paperweight.
Why do I have to login every time I reboot my phone? And the app do not even save my login details. Come on! Even my bank saves my login details. I really am tired of this cheap app. Gonna return my nabu and advise others to not go with Razer.
Connection issues. It keeps disconnecting me from the band all the time and from the Nabu "user" service as I have to log in every time I want my band to work. For example: if I get a sms message - band does not react to it until I log in again to Nabu app.
I have the Nabu, and there are constant connection issues. It takes a long time to sync and the device frequently shows as unpaired. My Bluetooth headset is fine, so at least I know my phone is not the problem. So the smart watch portion of this is non existent since it won't stay connected long enough to do anything useful. If I can manage to sync the data the manner in which the activity data displays is ok. It's just very basic.
Great improvements on the layout of the app and personalized features, but ever since updating/changing over I have been experiencing issues "accuracy" tracking distance (miles). Using Nabu over the coure of two days w/Nabu X vs s health on a GS5 showed a millage difference of nearly 4 miles, and it was nearly the same discrepancy in miles with a GearFit. Also, after transferring all of the previous data from the old app to this new one, it only further confirms that the daily mile count is way...way low.
I remember I got my nabu x when it first came out and it wouldnt stay connected to my phone for more than 30 minutes and so it went in the junk drawer. I decided to pull it out again since I saw there were updates and now it hasn't disconnected in a week! Very happy and surprised with the work that Razer has done to make this better.
I want to like the nabu watch. It looks nicer than my Pebble Time but razer needs to hire people who know bluetooth. If I pair with phone's bluetooth and enable smart lock I stop getting notifications. This apps pair system doesn't set up pairing correctly with Android. The bluetooth range is tiny. Notifications while out of range are not sent to watch when back in range. Many problems. If not fixed soon, going back to PT, at least the PT works.
Good looking watch that has much promise. However, I cannot pair my Nabu Watch with my Galaxy S6 Edge or my iPhone. Razer Support has been responsive and friendly, but want me to return the watch for an exchange. That's a bit of a pain. I'm looking forward to getting the replacement, but until then, I can give only one star.
The whole reason I got this was to have an easy way to always be aware of my notifications and to track my progress on my goals throughout the day. I can't even access the app! My notifications are hit and miss. This is becoming far more trouble than it's worth
This set up phase is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I turned on my nabu and the screen keeps turning off half a second later. Would be fine if it didn't STOP THE CONNECTION. So the app can't see my nabu, and it won't even turn off! I can't turn off my nabu, what kind of electronic is this, I can't turn it off?! So every time it says "turn on your nabu by holding button for 3 seconds", I do, and it connects for the half a second the screen is on, and then says it can't find a nabu anymore. I'm going to try charging it to 100% (it HAS 70%, but I guess that's not good enough) and if it doesn't work they're paying for the shipping and refunding me. This is bullshit.

Didnt think I would have to be writing this for Razer as most of there other products are usually of fantastic quality. However with the Nabu X although I got it free with a purchase from Razer I still expect it to work. I have trying to set up the Nabu X for the past 3 hours with the same problem occuring everytime. 'An error has occured uploading the firmware update, please try again'. I have already sent in a ticket to their support with no response as of yet. Frankly I am dissappointed that Razer's customer treatment is as bad in regards to the Nabu X but I guess some things are too good to be true.
