Good morning to excellent app. The payment area is now controlled via the internet web portal for and makes a huge difference in speed and security of since we aren't having to travel through the third party and companies. News is still not news its an update communications could do a whole lot better than this. . In the positive the complaints and repairs sections are great the speed of feedback is excellent, and results can be obtained in 3 days! Or in some cases 24 hours - A huge improvement!!!

What's the point if it won't let you register in the first place. Can't understand why it won't work with the same details for Spectrum.

Reasonable app. Could be so much better! The rent account is taken to another site and is poor, news is not news its update. In the positive the complaints and repairs sections are great the speed of feedback is excellent, and results can be obtained in 5 days!

It's a good app, it remembers your login details if you ask it to. Great way to report issues, pay rent, see what maintenance is scheduled. It's an overlay to the mobile site, but unlike other overlays, it's much faster.

Never working when needed suppose to be a convenient way of keeping track of repairs ect not up dated enough so information onsite is in correct
