The software, Civil Billing System, developed by Mr S. Ravi Sobhan, is very much user-friendly and most useful to Engineers, who prepare the bills and Accounts Division, which passes the bills. It's a precise, accurate and error-free software, which doesn't need any arithmetic scrutiny. All it does on its own. Rapid action could be ensured not only in preparations but also releasing of payment to the agency so as to ensure timely completion of projects. Hats off to the Developer for this great job.
