Doesn't work. Freezes and crashes the app. Need it right now for a current issue on campus!

Will not send confirmation code. It says code was sent, but it is never recieved

Won't send a confirmation code making the app useless.

Not sure if I'm comfortable with this rising trend of outsourcing everything at my state school. Food, safety, repairs & renovations... gone are the days of in-house local jobs. Just another brick in the wall that's whittling away at funds, only direction tuition goes is up. I much rather see the school/students be innovative and creative with developing their services & solutions, not simply passing the buck and having another giant contract bill to pay annually.

How am I supposed to be safe when it won't add my guardians and says pending no matter what? Unusable and disappointing.

Good app

Whenever I try to deactivate my safety timer the app crashes and won't let me put in my pin.

I love the fact it is linked to my smart911 profile, which I find to be so important to have now that we are in a mobile world.

Great app! Easy to use.

Can be used with family, friends or anyone.

I LOVE the fact that I can set a virtual guardian at anytime I wish, without having to making a phone call.

The "add photo" option doesn't work in any of the categories. For example: you can't add a picture of your house or animal because the link doesn't work, and you have to do some tricky maneuvers to get a profile pic. That needs fixed. Otherwise it seems like a great idea.

Just got the app but I can't upload a photo the "choose file" button doesn't work. Also, I think a way to have the app text your trusted people without them having to install the app should be added. It would allow for more contacts because not everyone wants to download it.

This app has potential but being unable to even bring up photo selection options and having a progression bar without telling you what's missing are a bummer. I also just found that I couldn't even view an inbox item on the guardian side during my testing. Clicking on an item informing that the tracked 'individual had deactivated tracking' did nothing and left the item unread. I'd also like to note that the location refresh rate really needs to be more conservative to be battery-friendly.

I just downloaded it. It seems very helpful. However, it won't let me upload any profile pictures. Please fix this asap.

I haven't got a text message and I've tried resending it multiple times but I never get it. Can't access the app.

It won't confirm my phone number who do I contact? Will raise my opinion when this issue is solved.

In theory this is a great idea. But when trying to turn the timer off crashes your phone over and over again and the timer keeps ticking, even though you have made a mad dash to force quit and uninstall, and then you receive a call from the police thinking you are having some sort of crisis emergency.... It doesn't seem like such a great idea anymore. My guess is the police don't think it is all that great right now, either. An app like this needs to work flawlessly or it shouldn't be available.

Emergency Notifications

I'm having difficulty adding a photo to my account through the app. I'm looking for a web-based way to add a photo to my account, but no luck there, either. I also agree with another reviewer that a homescreen widget would be ideal for this type of app in case load time takes too long. I know that there will probably be more accidental "panic button presses" that way, but better safe than sorry. That's what this app is supposed to be for.

Just a suggestion. Maybe you could make an emergency widget for the home screen so that it is super easily accessible ;-)

It was quite difficult to add my mom as my guardian. I thought it would have like a student section and also a family section as well. A little confusing

I love this, but I hate how you cNnot text people who don't have the app, and it's not letting me remove a family member, or add pictures to any of the people, home, or pet tabs. Fix that and I'll give 5 stars.

This app is fairly useless, to be honest. My campus recently contracted with this company to offer it campus-wide with campus police being one of the options for a guardian. Pros (when in conjunction with campus police): - The campus police can be set as the guardian. - You can notify the police through pictures/text/call of suspicious activity, or other problems around campus. - You can call the police directly from the app, though it seems like it would be easier to press 9-1-1 or place an emergency call. Cons: - In order to have anyone else as a guardian, they MUST download the app. - Once a timer is set (5min - 24 hours), the app does not send a reminder to the initiator to deactivate the timer. - If your guardian does not acknowledge your timer in a timely manner, the app deactivates your timer for you. - The guardian is not notified if the timer lapses, so it is up to both parties to be mindful of the app.

I love this app! It's brilliant! It appears to have issues with adding pictures.

I wish it would automatically call or text someone that doesn't have the application saying something such as 'X person has not made it to their destination in time, so please be aware of this situation '
