『お店のお手伝いさん』は、これらの業務を安価な Android タブレットを使って、少しでもお手伝いをさせていただければと思い、リリースさせていただきました。

例えば、美容室での利用では、お客様からの予約を登録して、受付をして、お会計をするだけでなく、お客様がどのようなサービスをオーダーしたかを「注文」として管理し、その受付でどのようなスタイルを希望したかや仕上がりをタブレット・スマートフォンで撮影して「記録」として管理することで、お客様の満足度を更に高めて次の予約・受付に繋げることができること間違いなしです。
美容室だけでなく、飲食店、旅館、ペットホテルなど、お客様とのつながりが大切な業務で活用していただけると思います。

Android タブレットを台帳代わりに使っていただくことで、以下の業務をタブレットで管理することができます。
■ 予約
お客様の予約の依頼を登録・管理することができます。
予約登録の際には、お客様名・電話番号・メールアドレスなどの情報と合わせて、必要に応じてその予約の「担当スタッフ」「部屋・座席」などを登録・管理することができます。
予約情報は「日」「週」「月」単位で一覧表示することができます。
■ 受付
受付中の内容を一覧で表示しますので、受付の全体状況、「部屋・座席」の使用状況、「スタッフ」の対応状況を把握することができます。
来店の受付情報に対して、注文として注文商品・サービスの登録・管理、文字列・数値・日時・画像の任意の記録の登録・管理をすることができます。
■ 会計
受付したお客様のお会計を登録・管理することができます。
会計では、注文に対しての消費税額の計算・表示を自動で行います。（設定で消費税の適用有無・消費税率などを登録）
会計情報は「日」「週」「月」単位で一覧表示することができ、それぞれの単位での来客組数・人数、売上金額などを確認することができます。
■ 予約スケジュール・スケジュール
お客様の予約を「店舗全体」「担当スタッフごと」「部屋・座席ごと」のスケジュール形式で表示・管理することができます。
店舗の営業スケジュール、スタッフの出勤スケジュールを登録・管理することができます。
■ 管理
「予約」「受付」「会計」業務に必要な、「顧客」「商品・サービス」（「カテゴリ」）、「部屋・座席」「スタッフ」などを登録・管理することができます。
「顧客」を登録・管理することで、その顧客の来店回数・最終来店日時などを自動で記録し、それらの情報をもとに顧客を検索することもできますので、例えば、来店回数の多い顧客、しばらく来店していない顧客を検索して、その顧客に対して促進活動を行うことなどが可能です。また、顧客の来店履歴を確認することができますので、その顧客の「注文」の履歴、「記録」の履歴をもとに来店時のサービス向上につなげることができます。
■ 集計
会計内容を集計して、日別・月別・年別での売り上げ、来客組数、来客人数、注文商品・サービス数などを一覧・簡易グラフで表示することができます。また、それらをファイルに出力することができます。

■ 『お店のタイムレコーダーくん』でのスタッフの管理
別途リリースさせていただきました『お店のタイムレコーダーくん』をインストールしていただき、設定でデータの保存先を「お店のお手伝いさん」に変更していただくと、Android タブレット・スマートフォンがタイムレコーダーとして、スタッフの勤怠管理を行うことがきできます。
