Why can't I delete from my cart?? If I can't delete I'm unable to purchase at all.

New update won't let me open the app

I have NO problems with this app. I have bought from here 3x. Items came great. Shipping was fast. Prices are also really great. I'm currently waiting a shipment and going to order again. Very fashionable and has become one of my favorite shopping sites! UPDATE: still been using this for months and no problem except the tracking orders page won't load. Other than that everything is great and waiting another order that I did yesterday. Idk why there's problems for other .

I am ALL UNSURE because I can't start. There are choices of regions. I am from the Philippines. What region should I choose? Japan? (It is the closest on to my country.) Or I cannot purchase on this brand because oh Philippines is not on the list. I would really like to order from you. I've I been seeing your products m in cash on magazines..will be waitingfor your response.. thanks.

I want tell everyone do NOT SHOP at FOREVER21They are Ripoffs. I order clothing and never received my package and I Filed a clam they are only able to file to claim. What's its been told to me. To call UPS and UPS told me FOREEVER 21 it's responsible to refund my money. Due to I Order clothing from the I AGree but they do not want to be responsible for my lost package.i lost over 200. I will continue to fight get my money even i have take them Court. Please Be aware of you order and they lose your package there nothing they could do for you. That's all the represents said. Forever21 is a rip off Be careful of your internet order.

Though this app is okay for browsing, the store locator never works/loads. Every time i try it, it says that the closest store to me is in the Philippines, and im from NYC!! Wouldn't buy from the app, I recommend you buy from the website for better assurance that your transaction went through.

It freezes all of the time and nothing ever works. Its very frustrating...I buy a ton of cloths from Forever 21 and I mainly just want to track my stuff and it just doesn't work.

I dl the app to use the store locator to check what time my local forever21 store opens but that function doesn't work. I first tried using store locator on your website but nothing would load after I enter my zip code.

Love the store, my favorite but the closest store is an hour and 30 minutes away so I do most of my shopping online. When I saw they had an app i was excited but then learned it wouldn't load and would only show me the front page.

I love the store, however the app needs some upgrades. Shopping online is nice but my main concern is being able to access my account without complications, especially so that I can make my payment for my card easily. Please fix this!

This app is sooo retarded its not even letting me log into my forever 21 account like whats going on..

The app does not work at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled plenty of times it just does not work, all i can view is the home screen can't click on anything at all.

Crappy. Half of the pages won't load. Can't make an account can't check out my cart I wasted 3 hours shopping for & filled with 40 items.

It would be a good app if it didn't freeze up & stop working every 2 seconds. Please fix the glitches

The checkout function still doesn't work! Don't bother downloading it. It's been throwing the same error for months.

Barcode scanner isn't working at all. Every time I open the barcode scanner, a pop up shows an error and it closes the app.

Perfect. I just use it to browse, see the price, then when I save up I go there and try them on. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS APp

People... the mobile website still works if this app is just that bad. Good grief.

Wont load log in page or my cart. I just pivked out a bunch of stuff for nothing. So annoying

It used to work perfectly fine until it updates not too long ago, and now the app doesn't even open. I've tried to uninstall and install it again but still nothing. Don't quite understand. When it did work it worked really well

I love this app sooooo much, it's way better than many of the other clothing store apps I have downloaded, it's fairly easy to navigate, sort, and fund things on the app, the only problem I have is tracking your purchase, that has been hard for me. Overall one of the best layouts for a shopping app. Update: Forever 21 just updated their app a few days ago and I hate it, compared to the other interface this one is soo much worse and way more complicated.

It's ok, but I felt like I couldn't ever find what I found in stores. Im always finding mostly bras and stuff when I'm looking in tops, so the categories aren't to sorted.

Whenever I tap to view a product and scroll, the image of the product stays on my screen and does not scroll with the page! I don't think that's supposed to happen!

The new version is terrible. It doesn't open all the time and it takes way longer. Very inconvenient. Bring the old version back or fix this one. I can't figure out how to remove things from my cart.

Logged me out of my account now I can't even create a new one eveything email I try says invalid. Loved it until now. Super disappointed and won't be using it now.

Used to use this app often, not now with the update that just forces it to close every time.
