Rappora is software for private duty home care agencies that provide non-medical care.
Plan of Care:
· Easily design, complete, and distribute a plan of care from any mobile device or desktop computer.
· Share the plan with the entire care team from your aides, to doctors, social workers, family members, and even members of the broader care community.
Mobile Actions:
· Aides can review the plan of care, check-in and check-out of care to create care reports and record what was done in the home, as it happens.

Notifications:
· New “Caregiver is Late to Clock-Out for a Shift” that can get sent out to users with Office Staff or greater permissions
· It gets sent 15 minutes after the shift end time
Carespace:
· The client’s basic info form is in a new About view so users with Office Staff permissions can edit information like client name, etc.
· There is a new “identifier” field that can take any value
