Had a very good first few weeks. Now the problems started coming on the app. - the app crashes very often. - navigation is extremely poor. - otp doesnt come when you register in the peak hour. - a lot of areas which were servicable before are no longer servicable. the new app is really horrible.

The previous version was awesome but the recent update is awful. All the bikes are of link type only, I never find a single lite type bike near my location, previously there were many bikes. I use this app daily for my transport but now may be you have to do something or I have to change my mode of transport. App is excellent but need a lot more lite bikes instead of link only. Hope u resolve this problem.

Worst app I have ever seen. Captions are asking for drop area then they are saying No I want to go to JP Nagar I won't come to Domlur from madiwala. And one more caption saying you cancel the order because am having my break fast. Breakfast not the matter then why this app showing as he available. Instead of waiting for rapido I can go by BMTC It seems Is there any negative star in Google play store.

Fake service given by Rapido. They say first ride is 100% free and then when u take the ride they will charge you. Totally disappointed. They will not tell the terms and conditions before you take the ride.

Rapido never has riders available. The few times they are available, you'll have to listen to them complain about how rapido is shortchanging them. Any cost benefit they might appear to offer is usually offset by a coupon on Ola

I am giving 5 stars because of captain and his efforts. It took 30 minutes for travelling 11 kms in heavy traffic and captain was very active and finally amount is 38 rs, which looks reasonable....

In Bangalore the second person wants to wear helmet while going in bike.If user book a bike taxi means who will provide helmet,if not wearing helmet means who will pay fine......Rapido will provide helmet ?

Do not install. No customer support. Not able to register at the first place. Always show errror unathorized and not able to verify through SMS. Update: There is not respose to the mail which has been sent to their mail ID.

Daily commute by rapido but every Morning it's showing captain available and when try to book ,it says all captain busy :/ moreover if we stopped our ride in between we have to pay full amount and what about the time delay caused by the traffic police in checking documents, why would I pay extrac charge for time delay

This is a developing app. it will strike people.And will be always convenient if more bike taxi 's are available. The only problem is limited drivers and location accuracy deviations.. few bugs are there but seems ok. The cost is also affordable compared to ola auto..other benefit is that bike taxi s will be useful in traffics... overall nice app
