However, after installing the app and finding out it does not work, I contacted the developer. I got an email back from him within a very reasonable amount of time. He was very helpful and said he will attempt to fix this issue as soon as possible. Even though the app doesn't work on my device, 4 stars for EXCELLENT customer service! More developers should be like Bernardo. I hope the 4.4 issue gets resolved as I would like to use this developers products in the future.
