Sept., 2007 To Oct., 2009 Cabinet Minister, Government of Haryana with portfolios of Power; PWD (Water Supply & Sanitation) and Parliamentary Affairs and is heading Standing Policy Framing Committee on Civil Aviation.

Nov., 2009 To 27 Jan 2011 Cabinet Minister in Haryana holding the portfolios of P.W.D (Building & Roads), Public Health Engineering, Parliamentary Affairs, Electronics & Information Technology and Science & Technology.
