This is the 3rd time I've had to download this app because it no longer connects to the server. I've notified the company and they tell me there is no issue and to uninstall and reinstall. I've used the app since it came out over six months ago and it rarely gets all the way through the process of requesting a prescription without freezing and going back to the home screen. This thing is supposed to save time for both customers and pharmacy staff but due to freezing I still have to call the pharmacy to confirm the prescription request went through. I love the idea of the app, I just wish it worked as advertised. It's the only app on my phone that does not work properly.

This app worked great when I used it for a while, but then in the last 2 months or so, it just won't connect to my server. Very frustrating.

Could be more thoroughly tested on refills. I had it tell me to call the local pharmacy due to some error but they show up on refill status. Im an IT guy with 15 years tenure so it's easy to spot areas of apps that need improvement. Mind you the order seemed to go but the error didn't report accurately what happened.
