The use of Twitter by politicians has become trend now so the idea is just share your problems or issue directly on their Page.You just need a Twitter Account so you can login and Tweet your Complaints/Issue/Suggestions to accountable Person/Politician.

reduce the gap between people and government so that they can easily share things between each other.
