Battery level SMS alerter

Hello Friends,
This App alerts the user with the battery level by sending an SMS to a desired number.
How it works?
The app sends battery level remaining to a phone number

The user can select the number he wants to send to by entering and saving the number in the app.
The user can select the battery percentage level at which he or she wants the sms to be sent (Please
not user needs to enter only 10 and not "10 %" in the level field.
Now if the battery level falls below 10 then an sms will be sent to the user
The user has to save the number and battery level.Then user has to click start service to start the
service in the background.
Please note that the user has to click start service after entering the phone number and percentage.
Once the user saves the details and starts the service,this will be retained in the application even after phone restart.
