I love that I can scan items and add to my list, shopping in the store with the app is wonderful and I don't have to ask where items are because when you put your store location in the app, you can see what isle your items are on. Love the Friday deals. Easy to load coupons and use them. Thanks devs, good job on the app.

Does not let me load coupons and when I do they disappear.

I have 690 coupons available to add but can only add 150. Can you please fix this problem!

The valid Alt ID did not work for the account in the app, and I do not want to create an entirely new account.

Version 13.0.1 wiped my shopping list. Reverted to previous version to get it back.

"Your device isn't compatible with this version." Wouldn't let me change this review from my phone. Samsung Galaxy S3 SGH-T999 Android 4.3 Completely unusable now. Would get more stars if there more than worthless WiFi (preferred) or cell signal in the store. As is not usable at the Ralph's where I shop.

App is junk designed to scrape marketing info off your phone even if it doesn't register your card correctly.

VERY buggy. Current version keeps adding multiple quantities (sometimes dozens) to items in my shopping list.

I kept getting the message "unable to load offer." So, basically, I was unable to load more than one coupon to my card before it got glitchy. I was able to sign up for a Ralph's card, though, so that's cool, but what's the point of having this app if it doesn't work for what it's meant for? The Vons JustForU app is way better.

We love our Ralph's! Everyone is nice and professional and the deals are awesome! The staff will go out of their way to help you! Bottom line.... Great store! The Ponce family

Will not let me create an account. I use LastPass to generate a long, multi-character password and it says invalid password.

This is so far beyond any other grocery store app that I've stopped shopping elsewhere. Intuitive and easy to use, yet it has everything that you could possibly need.

Saving from the weekly specials, but many are just featured at regular price.

Wonderful app. You can save so much money with the coupons and rewards.

The app does offer coupons you load on your card, however there are too many steps to view each category (I like to look at the app while I'm shopping). I hate to say it, but Ralphs should take notes from the VONS app...it is way more streamlined and user-friendly.

App immediately crashes after logging in. Uninstalled and reinstalled and problem persists. Can only browse when not logged in. Galaxy S8 latest app version

I love shopping at Ralph's I was trying to get a Ralphs rewards Visa card when I got to my app update that's what I was pushing it for but thank you for asking I love Ralphs

Apparently Ralphs (Kroger) has decided to ignore the long term users of this app, and continue serving us this mess. This last update addresses none of our (YOUR CUSTOMERS) arguments, and only adds more items I have no use for. After my last 2+ hour ordeal of fighting with this thing I've decided to start using "Flipp". I can even use "Rewards" cards with it, but here's the kicker... I'm finding things that I buy less expensive at other local stores than your sale prices, and I don't have to use a card. Since I don't buy gas at Shell on a regular basis, I'm not really missing out on "Rewards" (except a maybe free "Cup Noodles", or something equally unimportant). I'm tired of complaining about how you have ruined a once great app, and having it fall on deaf ears. After 10+ years of shopping almost exclusively at Ralphs, I'll be spreading my money around elsewhere. Show me that you are interested in keeping my business by getting this app back to a user friendly state, and you'll get me back. I don't really WANT to go, but as it stands now, I can't keep wasting my time with this.

PLEASE FIX THE COUPON CATEGORIES. The last update ruined the ease of using this app, no way to search based on category and my FREE FRIDAY coupon is not showing, which sucks. It doesn't even show a 'Free Friday' category and well... it's Friday! Tried to click on the link from the main page that says 'Free Friday' but takes me to a blank coupon page. PLEASE FIX I LOVE THIS APP AND I LOVE KROGER

The new coupon system is terrible. The items are too large, I can only see 2 at a time. It takes a lot longer to choose what category I want to browse. Please revert this fast!

Not at all happy with the new update. Trying to find coupons and navigate what I have downloaded and what other deals I want to is overly complicated. Please bring back old app.

What happened? I have no categories anymore. Have to go through the whole list of coupons or search... Waste of time. And why is there a limit on coupons I can add?

I do not like the new app. I miss the category for the coupons. Now I have to look through the whole list. Please individualize the coupons
