I was expecting a real app. Why you should log in? What if I forgot my login information during an emergency. What if a university visitor wants to use this app in a emergency?

Requires UC login and redirects to u of c website for that. I don't see the point of this. Campus security posts emergency notices on their twitter anyway. Uninstalled. Useless bloat.
