Paani24 - Water Delivery App

Just ordered bisleri from the app. They are charging more than the MRP mentioned on the pack.. But the delivery was quite fast. Would have given better rating if there had not been overcharging issues

Worst service I have ever seen from the startup. I have order first time bisleri they respond sir bisleri not available if u want I'll send u paani water. Second time I have order "premium kingfisher water" they have mentioned sir due to unavailability of staff we can't deliver. If I want naaki paani only so why I should order from u. here in my area so many local vendor provide naaki paani in 35 rs.

Not mentioned anywhere in app description that Currently only delivery in 2 areas of Delhi. I had to complete sign up before i figured that out. Otherwise good idea and ok app.

The delivery is pathetic. It's always late like 4hrs. Don't expect the delivery during evening hours. Pani24 is just a name, they provide the service only during day time not 24hrs. When I order the water at 7pm , it is delivered the next day around 11am. Not happy with their service.

Amazing service. I didn't expect much but the service was fantastic. Good selection of water cans and delivery was on time. Highly recommended.

I've not received the security deposit yet.... it's been 4 months since the person from Paani 24 promised that it will be refunded shortly.

I'd wish they told me in advance that they serve only twice areas. They ask for you to do a fully sign of up for no reason. Now they haven my contact details and Will send emails and sms unnecessarily.

Does not deliver in Bangalore

They had a good start. But now they never pickup the calls and will not deliver whenever they want. They never try to tell their customers that they won't be able to fulfill the order. Also, they have started sending very dirty bottlles which unhygienic to use. This was a very good concept which is going worst day by day. I'm very sorry to say, I'm shifting to my local vendor who is more trustworthy and consistent.
