Foreigners need this application more than locals. Despite the update the directory is still in Thai

Hard to locate the settings to switch to English. "Near Me" doesn't work. I live in Khon Kaen and it showed locations in Bangkok. Search is only in the Thai language and "Links" goes to the Thai Culture ministry website - again in Thai. Another of the settings is called "Love" and I have no idea what it is as it wanted me to register. Too bad one cannot give negative stars.
