It works flawlessly. If you get an error message I was told by the Service Tech it could be the password it does not like caps in the password also try to move the modem closer to where the unit is it does not have a strong signal from the head unit. If that does not work they had to replace the wifi unit and it works great get all up dates and everything.

Love Rain soft but their app is garbage. Constantly crashing with errors that took over my screen on my phone, Uninstalled!!

RainSoft system is excellent. This app does nothing. Will not connect to my unit.

I just got installed my unit, but now that Im trying to conect to it, it doesnt work, what a piece of c***p

The app doesn't work with the latest version of Android. The setup process is archaic and in desperate need of an overhaul.

This app does not work. Errors.

Spent 20 min trying to connect to EC5 and kept getting an error message. I paid extra for the convenience on the wifi interaction and I'm finding out I doesn't even work. Softener system is awesome. But totally bullshit app and feel ripped off for spending more money.

The water system is great, but the app is terrible. I was very excited that I'd be able to check levels and information about my machine from my mobile phone, but it will never connect to the system. I constantly receive error messages.

Not able to create an account to even see what the app is supposed to do. Very disappointing

The app doesn't connect, it is riddled with errors, and many UI problems. For a system as expensive as I purchased i expected a better product. To top it off, the company won't acknowledge that there are issues with the app and device.

Doesn't allow me to log in, won't let me hit forgot password, and screen is all distorted. I decided to go with the ec5 machine because of this app and it is worthless. Very disappointed and wish i hadn't spent the extra money for this crap.

Just doesn't work! Keep getting JSON error with my EC5 UNIT and smartphone.

Had a tough time connecting app and EC-5. Got several and ongoing Json software errors. App is very disappointing. It doesn't do anything worthwhile. Unable to set or see current regen cycle setting. Crashed frequently when I attempted to turn on the salt level alarm. Got the EC-5 expressly to have ease of control from our smartphones. App is useless in this regard!

Had to uninstall to get rid of all the error messages that were popping up on my phone every 2 seconds
