מְגִלַּת אֶסְתֵּר היא אחת מחמש המגילות שבחלק הכתובים שבמקרא.
מגילת אסתר מספרת את סיפור ניסיון השמדתם והצלתם של יהודי ממלכת פרס בימי המלך אחשוורוש.
מאורע זה, לפי המגילה, שימש יסוד לקביעת חג הפורים.
