It takes a while to connect but it is only for 10 min then I have to reconnect it. Not worth the money

Can't connect with Android

Repeatedly nags to update firmware, then can't update. Makes the app basically unusable. Bluetooth connection is inconsistent and requires that the app be running in the foreground and wakelocked; the developers obviously never heard about running a background service to maintain the connection even while the phone sleeps. App also disregards nearly all Android UX guidelines. The overall effect is not dissimilar to a hackathon prototype that hasn't been fully thought through. Do you want to trust your child's health to an app that's this cobbled together?

The device couldn't be found. No trouble shooting or customer support. DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT . I purchased because my daughter had a fever seizure and they come on with a fever spike at anytime and really wanted some kind of comfort. I guess not . Total waste of time and money

Terrible investment. Never works I have to swipe like 5 times to connect. Cannot save without it going crazy and I have to force close.. I want my money back for sure..this thing is trash. Sending a msg to our news to do a consumer report and warm everyone not to waste any money on this product..everyone should do the same and report this company

If you have an Apple product, this works fine. I spent $60 on a device that doesn't work with my phone. @developers: have you tried hiring someone who knows how to make apps for Android? You should try it. I followed the instructions and updated the firmware using my sister's iPad. Did that (very inconvenient and stupid) workaround fix this? Of course not. I'm beyond disappointed. If you're going to release a product like this but not actually support the app necessary to make it function, it's a scam.

I love the concept of a Bluetooth thermometer. There are major connectivity issues that would definitely be a problem if I were trying to use it in real time, like most people do. My main complaint is the export feature; that chart is useless. When an app claims to have an export feature I expect it to be raw data. I expect a spreadsheet or delimited text if the times and temperatures

This app is completely useless. Would never connect with the fever frida I purchased making both completely useless. Half the prompts were in Chinese. DO NOT BUY

Useless. $70 wasted as app would never "find" connection. I swear, "mom" products are what money hungry companies feed off of. Irritated, very much so. Fever Frida is a WASTE!

When I first bought it I would have totally recommended it. Not now. It won't connect to the device and it is a known issue and the fix is to update the firmware using a different phone. Sure, let me go buy one or borrow one off a stranger to do that. I haven't found a tablet it works on yet and now it doesn't even work on phones. What a waste.

I bought the feverfrida for our daughter and the product itself is a great idea. But we can't even see how good it works because the app to use it won't work at all!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! For a 'Smart' device, its actually REALLY dumb. The app keeps crashing, I can't even signup for an account. Meanwhile, my son is running a fever I cannot monitor. Some things were not meant to transition over to technology... like a good old fashion child thermometer.

Needs better work done on the Bluetooth pairing. 4 am and I can't get an accurate read due to a firmware update and it failing to connect with the Bluetooth.

This app use to work with my android but now doesn't. It use to be my favorite thermometer but now that the app don't work it's not worth having. Hope this issue gets fixed fast!

Don't waste your time. Will not pair even with outdated play store.

Can not setup profile because the app force closes every time

I was also having problems pairing the thermometer. It boils down to the firmware on the device itself. I got it to pair with an old iPhone 4s first. It immediately did a firmware update to the thermometer and after that, I had no problems connecting to my current phones. I am running Android 7.0 on the Moto Z force.

Bought this to monitor my baby's fever but can't get the app to work so frustrating. Everytime I try to set it up it says update and closes the app without completing the set-up. Such a good waste of money to buy the product that depends on this app and it doesn't even work.

The thermometer Has to re sync every time that the app is closed out of. The monitor in the app don't sync very well together so it takes multiple tries. It's more frustrating than it's worth it definitely returning my thermometer so that I don't have to use the app !

App does not work with Android.

I was wary after seeing all the reviews upon download. I'm using an LG G3 and (thankfully) had no issues downloading, setting up, or syncing. It did ask for two firmware updates within the first hour of use, but has been fine since. Is transmitting very well so far and my baby doesn't mind having the device on her. I wish it registered the temp a little faster upon opening (after an hour or so since I checked and it takes a good 10 seconds to realize there's a new temp to display).

For those who are having trouble with the app crashing during setup on Android Nougat, I was able to setup my account on an old phone I happened to have at the house that only had Android KitKat on it. I was then able to log into the app on my Nougat phone and use it as intended. So far the app seems ok, Bluetooth only took a few seconds to connect to the thermometer.

The app closes every time I attempt to set up an account. Can't connect to the device without an account. So disappointing... I spent a lot of money to ease my mind about my sick baby and it's a total waste

Spent alot of money for this. At this moment I need to monitor my son and it's useless. The app closes on birthday or selecting create. This product depends on the app.

It keeps disconnecting from the thermometer this is rediculous for the amount of money they ask for this. It would be a genius idea if it actually worked

Just bought the FeverFrida and was hopeful it would be great. The app crashes before I'm able to use it.... and I'm not able to use the product. Will be returning tomorrow.

The app causes my entire phone to crash and reboot when i start the app. Using a Galaxy S5.
