After I downloaded, I removed the app as suggested. My screen still locks so I can not move, change, add or delete icons on my phone and I cannot download apps from the market. I rebooted, pulled the battery and nothing fixes it. This app should not be on the market.

It doesn't actually lock the screen, it merely closes it. You can open it back with a simple swiping motion. You still have to wait 3 minutes for lock
