I started with Silent Boot, however found I could not rely on it working with my HTC V 4G. Embarrassing loud boot sounds often at events and concerts when silence was expected. Just downloaded this Quiet Restart PRO and tested it 3 times so far. Has worked perfectly each time - on boot and shut down. Will post updates if needed.

Gets rid of the incredibly loud HTC One start up but I want to use this with an alarm for 5am with phone waking up from being switched off. Vibration works but sound says off. Tried everything in settings. Any idea developer?
