My samsung s5 active wasn't the least bit phased by this app. The at&t jingle came through loud an clear, unfortunately.

Brilliant. Simple. Does what it says it does. No more annoying hTC start up tone. Silenced.

The app works as advertised on my phone by silencing the start up tones on start up. I've upgraded to Marshmallow and still no issues

Love this app, works every time I turn on my phone.

It's a great app and I know the people who mace it which is even better.

Thank you for the trial. It seems it doesn't work on the Motorola mini. I checked the required boxes. I'm happy for all of you who say it works on your phones. So two stars for that.

Glad I didn't waste a buck . installed, checked settings, restarted - my turbo made the same god awful mid air collision sound.

Silent asbit has to be. Simple n efficient

Seems to work fine after the home screen appears, but it doesn't disable the boot up sound on the Bionic.

This app works well. When I downloaded this app in Dec 2012, it didn't show that it's a trial version. However, when I checked today, it showed I just have 2 more trial uses left. It changed its policy without any notification! I am not crazy about it, although the paid version is not expensive. (I changed rating from 5 to 3 because of it)

Quiet phone on startup as promised

Paid for the full version and it still wants me to buy it at startup. Annoying!

I cannot tell you how much pain this wonderful application has saved me. One of the biggest problems with my android was the volume at which it restarted. Every time I turned on my phone a chorus of eardrum-shattering decibels sprang forth from the speakers, causing undue pain to my family and me. I lost jobs, dates and friends all because of the sound of my phone's restart. Then, like a silent angel in shimmering light, I discovered this free app, and my life has never been the same since. I am a new man

So far so good...had silent boot..but when I switched phones it wouldn't work...no more loud noise on start up...why do mobile carriers do that???

Having been woken in the night twice with Silent Boot installed, I ditched that and went looking for something that would do the job properly. This one did it.
