Créé le 15 Juin 2000, la radio Balade FM est un organe de presse à caratère éducatif et culturel visant à assurer la promotion des masses rurales et urbaines par l’objectivité dans la diffusion de l’information, des émissions de hautes portées éducatives et par la rationalité et l’objectivité.
La radio Balade FM informe, vulgarise les idées, ne subit l’influence d’aucun parti politique et entend respecter toutes les lois régissant la presse. Faire montre d’impartialité en tout et se mettre au-dessus des partis est sa devise.
La radio Balade FM n’est pas un instrument de propagande. A ce titre, nul n’a le droit d’utiliser ses microphones pour tenir l’image d’un homme politique ou pour permettre à un autre de redorer son blason.
