I was really impressed to start but it has really tapered off to playing many of the same songs over and over like every other station out there. Need to mix it up more and get back to playing the true hip-hop classics and not just a few over and over. I'm still listening though because it's just about all we've got as far as hip-hop goes...

They play the same songs all day! Not classic hiphop at all. No Old school new york or west coast. Play way too much 2000 music including rnb. Haven't heard Eric B and Rakim, BDK, BDP, UTFO, Ice T, JJFad, Definitely programmed by the wrong people

I Absolutely love The Beat! However, recently, everytime I play it through the app, it will play fine for a few minutes then it stops on its own and I have to press play again and it takes forever to actually start playing again. This is VERY frustrating since I am listening while at work and its very distracting to have to keep messing with my phone when I am supposed to be working! My coworker introduced me to another Indy hip hop station that I can play through I❤️radio and it plays perfectly. But I actually like the Beat's music selection much better! Please fix this! I don't want to switch to another (lesser) station just so I will be able to listen uninterrupted! Will rate 5* once this issue is resolved! Thank you!
