Incidencias

Incidencias Alumbrado Chiclana es una nueva herramienta impulsada por el Ayto. de Chiclana en colaboración con la empresa Moneleg S.L. que permite al ciudadano notificar cualquier incidencia relacionada con el Alumbrado Público de la ciudad.

Para dar de alta una incidencia el ciudadano debe:

* Indicar el tipo de una lista.
* Ubicar en el mapa dónde se ha producido (utilizando las coordenadas GPS del dispositivo o escribiendo la dirección).
* Tomar una fotografía de la misma.
* Indicar observaciones adicionales.

Estas incidencias serán tratadas, analizadas y enviadas a nuestros equipos de mantenimiento para resolverlas en el menor tiempo posible.

El ciudadano podrá consultar en todo momento la lista de incidencias que ha notificado así como el estado de resolución de éstas (Pendientes o Finalizadas). To register an issue the citizen must:

* Indicate the type of a list.
* Locate on the map where it was produced (using GPS coordinates or writing device address).
* Take a picture of it.
* Indicate additional comments.

Such issues will be addressed, analyzed and sent to our maintenance teams to resolve them as quickly as possible.

The citizen may consult at any time the list of incidents reported and the status of resolution of these (Pending or Completed).
