We have rebuilt our Roadside Assistance app from the ground up making it even easier to request help at the tap of a button and track your request. This new version of our Roadside Assistance app allows you to:
- Automatically detect your location using GPS
- Submit assistance requests directly through the app
- Track the status of your job even if submitted by phone*
- Track approach of our patrol to your location*
- See who your patrol operator is with a name and photograph
- Rate our service once the job is complete
- Take an app tour

Used to work on my old phone. When I installed it again on me new phone and attempted to find road closures in my local area it would only show me problems through out the whole of QLD. Regardless of what boxes were ticked. So all though the information I wanted was there. I don't have hours to search it out of the irrelevant data

Cannot override the location address. Persists telling me I'm at number 24 when I am at number 34. Tried to change it manually but just reverts to 24.

Since downloading this app i wasn't happy at all with it. The moment you click on it to get into it and do your thing, it clicks you out as fast as you click on it to get into it. Not happy at all it doesn't stay open!!

Great program ... just enter your details and problem .. gives approx time frame when technician will arrive. There is a tab if it is an emergency this being a child locked in vehicle or you are in a dangerous situation. I love this application

Still not accurate 2.5 years later. 37 is the vacant block next door. The other address option it gives is a fictional address for the cross street. Couldn't rely on it.

This app still needs ALOT more put into it. When you enter destinations for directions it should automatically calculate around road closures. And more personal. Need to be able to access insurance status and details via the app. Also make a claim and view claim details. Upload pictures of damage to claim and upload details of parties involved. There is so much more that could be added to make this app a pleasure to use. Make it more convenient for your members.

Would be helpfull to have an interactive map. Having to go to the 131940 Gov traffic map makes this app worthless for road conditions.

I can't even open the app! immediately upon clicking on the app I receive an error message saying that the RACQ app has encountered an error and needs to close. I've reinstalled the app and reset my phone which did nothing.. tried to report the bug and I can't submit the report without the app shutting itself off

You may need to reread certain 'members save' offers. One offer expired in 2013. And another one that's long gone, Eg AMF bowling is now a IGA at Greenslopes.

Having access to road closures due to floods etc, you would expect that when a route is calculated, that the road closure info would be used, but NO.

Redirected from website to install this as I find the list of placenames/hazards useless. Website refuses to serve interactive map to mobile devices and instructs to install app. App only has the useless stuff I could access on website.
