Can't view login screen for fanatical support/myRackspace.

This app won't show the login form at all on my Galaxy S6.

I downloaded this app in order to access my work email and is telling me my information is incorrect. I'm literally signed into it on the computer right in front of me but it won't let me sign in on the app. That's ridiculous.

Can't log in on my phone or Android tablet. Works fine on my Chromebook. Yes i know my username and password. Syncing is active although I get a message it isn't. Still needs work as this app seems buggy.

For an IT enterprise Rackspace offers this dire app. People with Rackspace email accounts would like a simple app to allow them easy access and modest management of their Rackspace account. But oh no, Rackspace doesn't earn income from such a basic tool so they dont bother. Good news is plenty of other email companies now offer bespoke apps, so suggest migrating away from Rackspace.

I already have a g-mail account that I've been using for several years. Would I be able to transfer this account to rackspace?

When it fails to work, you call rackspace. They do NOT have a support team to help you.

You can check your monitors and you can create a server. Those features are solid but without the ability to add/modify/create DNS records, storage, load balancers, starting a support chat, you will still be tied to your laptop. A nice start but still a long way to go. Keep up the good work.

I use rackspace everyday on my computer for work so I clearly know my username and password. This app tells me they are incorrect and I cannot use

I too can easily log in from desktop but not from my mobile. Makes this app / service rather useless to me.at this point

Won't accept login cred's like desktop rackspace does

I have it for work and it won't let me log in on my phone.

I can sign in with no problems on my PC but the app will not allow me to sign in. I get an error message saying that it the username or password is wrong which it is not.

I'll just SSH in for rebooting my server, which is all this is good for. Hint, rackspace: add a "keep me logged in" option. It's well beyond annoying that it doesn't exist.

Please, please add a remember password feature for auto logins. This is just a given standard in any app that logs in these days.

This app needs an update. It's missing things available on the website for example the ability to read support tickets.
