Zuver is a driver on demand application for hiring reliable & safe drivers for your car. The Zuver app lets you hire a driver for an hourly or a package basis. We have a pool trusted and verified drivers who can drive you to your destinations safely in the comfort of your own car. We are currently operating out of Mumbai but will soon be available across multiple cities in India.
We offer professional drivers to fulfil all your driving requirements, ranging from designated drivers for a pre-planned night out to personal-chauffeurs for events and also offer a subscription service for a daily commute. Zuver ensures you that you reach on your destination stress free and without the hassle of driving yourself. Zuver Driver services will take you wherever you need to go, at any time, for a few hours or for multiple days.
These drivers are available to you on-demand at the tap of a button on the Zuver app. They reach you as per the booking time and you pay them only for what you use through cash or our wallet.
How to use Zuver App?
1.Download the Zuver app and Signup You will get verification Code.
2. Use the location marker to tell us where you need the driver to pick you up.
3. Select the time duration for how long you need the Driver service.
4. We will confirm your booking and assign a driver.

4. Cashless services through our in-app wallet.
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

This is not the first time, but this has affected me a lot, so commenting now. I booked for a driver at 10.50 and gave the pickup time at 1150 but till 1250 there was no response fro zuver even after accepting and confirming the request. At around 1 am I got a call from some unknown driver saying that ur Zuver driver has given me ur number and also said that he is not associated with zuver in any which ways and he will not accept wallet payment but only cash payment.. I Q'S left stranded midnight

Money doesn't get added in zuver money. No confirmation call for the booking. The customer care is unaware of most of the things. Its unreliable and a waste of time.
