Seit 2000 veranstalten die Studenten der stubs (Studentische Unternehmensberatung Schmalkalden e.V.) ehrenamtlich, neben ihrem Studium die SMILE!. Mit bis zu hundert Ausstellern handelt es sich dabei um eine der größten Firmenkontaktmessen in Thüringen. Since 2000, the students of the stubs (Student Consultancy Schmalkalden eV) organize volunteer besides their studies SMILE!. With up to a hundred exhibitors, these are one of the largest job fairs in Thuringia.
